Pretty sure there was a set pic where they're seen interrogating Gwen. Probably because she was involved in the Lizard incident.

SWH also does a good job of chronicling the chase. Looks like Spidey first meets Dillon during this chase. SWH doesn't mention this, but I surmised it on my own. The scene we saw Shailene shooting where she's at work and there's a car that fell on top of another car and she's looking at something in the distance could be a part of this chase as well.

Well we got our first look of the TASM suit in january....
Got a teaser trailer in July.....
Other then that we didn't really get anything until Comic-Con, and that was never revealed to the public except for descriptions and leaked images.

We only started getting official images in November.

So I doubt we'll be getting any teaser posters until later this year, and the official title probably won't be revealed until the teaser trailer, which I doubt they'll release as early as they did for TASM since they aren't under as much "reboot" pressure.

Not true. We got a teaser, a new synopsis, and official pictures as well as 2 posters during SDCC 2011.

I fully expect the same this year.

Also, the official title is The Amazing Spider-Man 2. It's been announced and called that many times by Sony (even after a short time where they referred to it as the Amazing Spider-Man sequel) as well as licensed and branded by Sony.

that video by seven webheads was pretty informative. had some footage i hadn't seen before.

the police are pretty derpy for not securing the driver of the truck though after spider-man yanks the two guys out the back of the armored car. i guess it all happens too fast.

Most likely. I expect both to be somewhat light on vfx. Both will have enough vfx to pad a teaser trailer.

Both TWS and, especially, ASM2 will have shot enough footage, vfx or not, to have a teaser trailer.

I also wouldn't be shocked if GOTG had its first footage presented at SDCC. It would have been shooting nearly a month and they presented CA: TFA footage after a WEEK of filming.

also, i like how they have made alexie the trucks driver: he smashes through barricades just like his rhino counterpart will later on.

Ha, yeah. Hopefully they won't say the truck smashing through stuff is Rhino though.

We'll have an announcement teaser in June or July for sure. That's how SONY works with this franchise; they like getting teasers out early like that.

Full trailer, I'd guess December only because ASM2 is coming out in May now. Final trailer in March.

I would like to see more of his parents as it goes on. And I think this will be the case, going on the after credits scene with Connors. A little more in TASM2 - perhaps showing the plane crash and a few other things. And then in the third, we discover the character who was behind it.

On that, how many people think TASM2 will be the final title?

He looks scarily similar to comicbook Peter and he has a better voice for Spidey than Andrew who's voice is really "creeky"

Yep. We'll probably get a teaser with The Wolverine in July.

The full trailer will likely hit with Thor: TDW in November. Possibly before if they have another Untold Story event.
