it is interesting that peter would kiss gwen in public like that. i thought maybe if he were to ignore cap stacy's ultimatum he would meet him half way and date her in private.

i think Peter in TASM 2 like said before will be too confident to see the danger that he is causing Gwen, he is blinded by the fact that he hasn´t been beaten , but electro may proof that Peter and his family is vulnerable

for me Rhino is the intro villain because spidey needs something to do before electro´s origin , you could say crime fighting but technically that´s what he does when he fights Rhino the first time, then Rhino wanting revenge steals R.H.I.N.O from Ravencroft.

They're definitely onto an arc with Peter having a cocky attitude, which most probably going to end in Gwen's death.

I agree with this idea, but I don't think we'll see Gwen's death in this film unless it happens at the very end - cliffhanger-style - and doesn't happen 'inadvertently' at the hands of Osborn.

If the filmmakers are determined to keep things the same as in the comics, we'll more than likely see her death happen in Film 3 (either fairly early on or midway through), with the remainder of the story being about Peter tracking down Osborn and taking him out.

How do we know this isn't the end of the film? Maybe things end on a bit of a higher note for Spidey this time, at least in terms of no major character/ally biting the dust. He's happy, things are good. But little does he know the Goblin is on his way and ready to give Peter some grief in TASM3...

I think they're the same age but Harry may use an "I was home schooled" excuse for showing up after graduation.

Well, when you're in a rush, things happen.
I would expect to get the home schooled thing. It'll give an initial feel to his character.

See the problem with this is its become a thing where he has to be unmasked at some point for the end fight to give andrew some face time in the final battle

its possible spidey is unmasked infront of electro and electro has no idea who he is anyway so it doesn't matter either way

i suspect this is at the beginning of the film but we will see

i wouldn't be surprised if the truck police chase we seen pictures of is the first action scene of the film

i think they do have one but he walks around showing the public pictures of villains

I'm really not surprised at the amount of set pictures. Last year the biggest spoiler of the film was in the trailer.

Not to mention the filming they are doing in the largest city in the US.

It's not the end of the film. It's going to be pretty early on in in the film. His backpack should give that away.

I figure they're "maturing" Peter through wardrobe/accessory changes.

His new backpack doesn't have skateboard straps either, so I assume he doesn't skate anymore.

there is a chance its just telling us where peter is in life when the film starts

20 bucks says the graduation scene occurs early in the movie.

we know there's a college dorm at one point, so that alone strongly implies that they don't graduate late in the third act.

i've said it before but i strongly believe that the movie begins with positive vibes (peter's life and spidey's life are both going well) before eventually going sour (gwen troubles, parent mystery, electro)

also the plot summary implies that the movie begins with graduation in sight (it can't come soon enough)

but yea, 20 bucks if anyone is game lol.
