If they do release the trailer officially this month, there's a strong chance that it'll be with The Wolverine, which is in two weeks time. So they'd probably release it that week instead of next week.

As I've said before, the LATEST we'll get it is the Tuesday following SDCC.

However, I think there's a strong chance we'll get it that Friday the panel happens.

Why would they release a teaser the week of Comic-Con where the FIRST exclusive footage will shown on the Friday at the Sony panel? Sony wouldn't attach a Spider-Man trailer to The Conjuring, Red 2, R.I.P.D. or Turbo... It makes no sense.

This is most likely fake, but if it were real, the VFX on Electro are clearly unfinished.

But again, this is most likely fake. I think it is.

I'm trying to identify where each part of the image could have come from, should it be a photoshop, but I can't pin point where that Electro is from.

The Stark Tower shot is probably from the scene where Tony flies up to it out of the water.

The Spidey from either ASM, or a blurry shot from a Raimi film.

But I, for the life of me, can pin point that Electro.

That's probably Dr. Manhattan from Watchmen eh?

Who said it HAS to be attached to something the week it debuts?
Odds are that if it does hit next week, it will be on the same day as the panel or the day before. This is pretty much the same thing they did for ASM1. In 2011, they released the teaser 2 days prior to the panel that Saturday.

With that said, the chances of it being attached to anything that weekend are slim to none. There are no relevant releases that weekend but that doesn't mean they won't attach it to SOMETHING. However, them waiting until the following weekend is much likelier.

It could still be attached to The Wolverine the following week first and foremost, and above all else.

The only reason that happened for ASM1 was because Cap came out on the same day as the panel. Even so, it still wasn't released on the Friday, it was released a couple days prior. They didn't make a decision to make the official trailer coincide with the panel itself, but with Captain America.

That screenshot looks fake to me.

It wouldn't make sense to have the Stark Tower in the film. This is because by the end of The Avengers, the Stark Tower is no longer the Stark Tower but the Avengers Tower. That's what the A at the end hints to.

This means that the screenshot is either fake or both TASM1 and TASM2 take place before The Avengers.

EDIT: Nevermind. The second "picture" looks like it was taken from one of the trailers for the ASM game. The third picture of Emma (which is hilariously clearer than the others) looks like a set picture.

pretty obvious it's fake, lol. the shot composition alone.... someone's just mashed up a bunch of images then made them blurry. poor form, at least that fake jurassic park 5 poster had some effort behind it.
