Shall I repost some of the drawings of Peter Parker that look nothing like Garfield? Peter Parker needs to be a young, white male with brown hair (and brown eyes...sometimes) to look like Peter Parker from the comics.

Bale didn't have black hair or blue eyes. OMG total miscast! Looks nothing like Bruce Wayne!

Posting pictures of comic book drawings to compare it to the actor as though it means anything is a pretty useless endeavor.

But his eyes aren't green, so that picture is invalid.

To top it off, I actually understand Vid's statements on the similarities and trends of movies and that discussion. And I kinda agree on the comic art comparing. Although I do enjoy Andrew's overall aesthetic as Peter Parker. I think he's perfect in terms of a modern day Peter Parker. And that's thanks to Marc and the costume designers.

Probably because I don't go out of my way to constantly praise every little thing I like.

I remember when everyone was all about Logan Lerman. Seriously. All the fanboys were POSITIVE he'd be perfect. I was all for Garfield and I'm glad he got the part. The script and director. That's a different story.

I've had my share of how many times I've watched it.
Thing is, it's very interesting. Watching that over and over can create a perception, or feel of the movie, tonally. And in this case, it's before even seeing the real thing. Whether that be good or bad, it all depends...
