So they may be doing all her scenes first so then she can go off and do that fine - scheduling and all that.

No, I think her role will be small in the sense that she's not an integral character to the plot, which is what I figured the THR article meant. I didn't think she'd be in as many scenes at it seems like she is though.

I believe her new film "Divergent" starts filming in a couple weeks, a pretty big action movie too that'll take months to shoot as well (and she's the lead) so she won't be available for the full six month TASM shoot. I'm pretty sure that's why they're filming all her scenes first

I think its safe to assume that her role is small as in the amount of scenes she'll be in, but it's MJ - her impact will be much bigger than any amount of actual screen time she has (here's hoping, anyway).

With the news that Nolan and Bale are on board for the Justice League (Latino Review) I will be very surprised if Spidey doesn't appear in the Avengers.
Nolan and Bale on JL is BIG news and potentially will steal the Avengers thunder (no Thor jokes ) so a way of getting that thunder back is recruiting THE biggest Marvel star and that is Spider-Man regardless of the Irn Man fans would have you believe.

So what is the bigger draw;

Justice League with Batman and Superman

or

Avengers with Spider-Man

2015 come soon enough

If I recall correctly the original line up Justice League didn't have Batman and Superman but it would be folly to make a JL movie without them.
You can argue the Avengers don't need Spider-Man but Spider-Man would be a massive draw.

Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman on JL means DC's most icon characters on the team, with no Spidey on the Avengers Marvel can't claim the same.

First of all, this is still a rumor at the moment. Latino Review has been wrong before.

Second, even if it's true, it's still very unlikely that JL will be out by 2015. If the rumor is true, JL will most likely be pushed back or World's Finest will occur in 2015 instead (which can still give the Avengers some major competition though assuming it is well done).
