I really dig the rhino's design actually. It really gives this spider-man universe a lot of variety to it's villians. And yes, it looks like a rhino. I find it hard to understand a lot of people don't see it.

Doesn't resemble a Rhino either.

Nothing as long as it looks good and somewhat emulates the image of the character it's supposed to be.

A humanoid mech suit with an emoting face that looks like it's wearing a helmet with horns?

Aleksei is a suit with a horn that resembles a Rhino. When you look at him you know he's supposed to be a rhino. When you look at Webb's "Rhino" all you see some crazy robot with a spike on it.

Nobody could seriously say they look at that and see a rhino, much less the comic book Rhino in any way.

When you see it on the big screen in motion, you'll know why it resembles a Rhino even more. I don't think the audience would take Ultimate Rhino seriously. Liberties had to be taken here.
