The Amazing Spider-Man The Amazing Spider-Man Viral Marketing Thread - Part 1

Inside the bag is a pair of glasses, a calculator, some change, subway tokens, 2 spiders suspended in glass, a bag strap, some pens, an old cell phone, and a document folder hidden in the back zipper, and richard parkers oscorp id badge. This is from the NY location. The pic above from comicmix is the bag

Sweet, you have any pics?

looks like twitter might be down again

Sorry, the guy from comicmix has the pics, he was the first to get it. Just telling you what I saw. I didn't see him turn the phone on or look into the document folder. He was taking pics of everything, so they should be online shortly

yup twitter is down again.

argh....

Chicago History Museum

EDIT: Surgical Science Museum :)

I just tried changing my computer clock to see if I could get the location for my city....

Didn't work...

Washington DC - Smithsonian Art Museum / National Portrait Gallery

ok, now in atlanta we are at a library. Nothing Science related

Yeah, there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason with the locations. I took a guess with Boston's. I would've been closer if I had just left from work.

There's definitely a slight theme with the loactions. Science related places, museums, and a library. All places related to education and science.

I have a pretty good guess where the Seattle spot might be but I'm afraid to head down there ahead of time in case it's in a completely different spot. Sounds like you had that problem, sepiroth61787.

That's exactly what happened, lol. Then again, Boston was right after New York and I think I made a pretty good guess as to where it was going to be. I looked up museums in the other cities so I thought the Museum of Science in Boston had to be it, but I as wrong. I don't think anybody could've guessed the Boston location.

Almost went to the one downtown DC at the smithsonian but it's entirely too hot for that. It feels like there's no such thing as a breeze outside

Can someone fill me in on what exactly is going on? I'm not seeing anything on those /escape pages

Each city has had a drop point that was revealed by clicking on the flight status, the part that says "Arrived" or "In Transit". All the "Arrived" spots have been picked up, the "In Transits" are up for grabs, and when you click on them you get the address. When the bags are picked up, the Escape pages go blank to let people know not to go there anymore.

I wonder if the grids on some paperwork is relevant? I suppose we'll have to wait for more pictures before that becomes clear.
