Infinity War The Avengers: Infinity War Part I & II The Official News and Speculatio - Part 1

The problem I have with this theory is it requires Thanos to have already completed the gauntlet and be on Earth in Part 1. And then everyone tiptoes around that fact for Ant-Man and Wasp and Captain Marvel, I guess. Also, the Russo's made it quite clear the two parts are tied together but different. I don't think the theory presented is different enough to have necessitated that comment from the Russo's. But it's all a guess right now.

Ok, fine.

Avengers: Infinity War
New Avengers: Infinity War

Still waiting on confirmation everybody's friendly neighborhood hero is in the movie and hopefully in a larger role than he had in Civil War. :oldrazz:

There's absolutely nothing known about the plot anyway so we won't know what makes sense for the story for quite some time.

It could be anything.

Yeah, it looks cool, but no way would Cumberbatch or Bae Larson be billed lower than the Netflix heroes. Only those peasants from AOS are ranked lower than them.

Who cares about the billing?! People should be more hyped about the characters all in the same film regardless.! :funny:

I doubt they would be billed lower than most of the Guardians either. Michael Rooker above Cumberbatch? :loco:

And on a poster, I doubt the AOS would even be billed at all. Who knows if they'd even be in the film.

People don't seem to get how billing works. It's who has the best negotiator or has it in their contracts, not who is more popular or more important to the plot. A bunch of people were confused as to why Don Cheadle had higher billing than Elizabeth Olsen or Aaron Johnson in Age of Ultron or like, half the people in Civil War (Boseman ect.) despite having a smaller part, and it's because he's a bigger star and probably has a better agent.

That poster is obviously fake but "These characters are too popular to be billed so low!" isn't how billing works.

Yeah, but are you saying the likes of Benedict Cumberbatch has a worse negotiator than someone like Michael Rooker, Dave Bautista or even Tom Holland, or that they would have it written into their contracts to be billed higher? Or that they are bigger stars than him?

And as for Don Cheadle, he is a bigger start than Olsen or Johnson and an Oscar-nominated one at that.

And my argument wasn't whether a character was more popular or not but whether the actor was a bigger star. And Cumberbatch and Larson are bigger stars than all of the Netflix actors and half of the Guardians cast.

still furious that we won't be getting netflix characters in the movies, what's the point of a shared universe if you have in-fighting politics with ike and kevin

murdoch is the perfect tool to handle cap and his teams' legal status under the accords and get them back to the "legit" side

That whole "is it real?" argument could have been nipped in the bud if people saw that Kurt Russell's name is misspelled on there.

Guys fuys. Of course its not real. I just posted it because those are pretty much 90% of the characters that should be in the film.

Holy ****, any chance this is real?

The fact that it's still using Part I and Part II when it's already been announced they aren't doing that anymore should have been a tip off.

I find it baffling that people can't recognize something fake from something official. Really.

Everybody will be in the movies ... Come on. We don't need confirmation.

How Captain Marvel will fit into Infinity War:

Given that the writer said they're looking at the other MCU movies to make sure Captain Marvel doesn't seem redundant or like its retreading other movies, I can't imagine they'd make her powered by an Infinity Stone. The last Avengers movie had three Avengers powered by the Infinity Stones.

Am I missing something here? Wasn't Vision the only one powered by an Infinity Stone?

Edit: Ahhh...you're referring to Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver who were experimented on with the Infinity Stone.

I think it'll just be other worldly energy she's powered by. Not magic, not infinity stone. Just some sort of other worldly Kree energy.
