The Cap/Thor battle scene is going to look so awesome when it's edited and the CGI bad guys are added. I wonder whether it takes place after Cap took all those beatings, or before. After seems likeliest because he's lost his helmet by this point.

May can't get here fast enough!

Brilliant! Great cape action and wonderful to see them fighting together like that.

More pointless bickering about who the villains are. It swung from "It's Kang!!!!" to "It's the Inhumans!!!!" in about an hour.

The bottom line is that we still don't know.

It won't be Kang. Marvel doesn't have the stones to tackle him. :csad:

Wolvie, I'm done trying to convince you. You don't wanna believe me? WHO CARES. I don't lose a thing from you not listening. This is the problem with you, you let your skepticism dominate your ability to reason (calling me a "loon" and making me out to be a liar when I've never posted bold statements like Chewy). And yes, you suffer from the message board "klik" decease where you'll take the side of veteran members during arguments even if they sound completely wrong & biased (spideyboy just called me a 12-year-old again because he's mad at the idea of it really being THE INHUMANS). I'm done with this pointless effort to convince people. Gmanca at least can read between the lines & I'm sure others will too. Now I'll do what I was doing before I read your replies which is CELEBRATE this delicious bit of information we were given. I trust the source & I'll expect Marvel to officially announce it. Then let's see what you come up with to repudiate all that I've said in this convo.

This. This right here is why you grind my gears Alexei. I've responded to your posts as an individual, and respected your views. I might disagree with certain opinions, but I never discredit your right to have them. Yet you can't extend me the same courtesy.

I've argued with just about every poster on here at least once, there is no 'Klik'. The fact that you're even lumping in my posts with everyone who disagrees with you just shows me how little respect you show to posters. I explained my reasons for withholding excitement. I even gave both you and Marvel the benefit of the doubt, saying it may well could be true. All I said was that I was going to hold off on the 'celebrations' until I heard something official.

Seriously dude, I wish you were 12, then you'd have an excuse. You make it increasingly more and more difficult to have a realistic and constructive conversation with because you just don't give ANYONE respect, and then expect it unconditionally. I'm done bro. Happy to have a convo about things, whatever you believe, if you can prove that you're capable of engaging in a TWO WAY conversation... something you're yet to do.

If there was ever a pair that I'd see fighting alongside each other the best and in such a badass way, it would be Captain America and Thor since they'd probably share the most respect for each other.

Freshman, that clip was FANTASTIC!
I like to think the big smoke cloud at the end is the HULK turning up!

Cool video clip. Why did Cap throw his shield on the ground though instead of tossing it at someone or using it to protect himself? Also, why doesn't he have his mask on?

Speaking of which; I wish we could see on how they're filming the action scenes when it comes to Hulk.

I mean, we know that Mark will actually be playing the dude via motion capture suit and all, but how are they going to approach having him do the incredible things that the Hulk can do on the battlefield?

I think Evans accidentally dropped it. Hence why he was waving at the crew at the end.

Can't look it up right now, but for all you die-hards out there, do all Skrulls shape-shift?

It could be that Cap's shield was tossed aside because they're going to add an effect later that will explain it. For example, the mo-cap guys could have knocked it out of his hand, but since they're CGI we won't see that until the scene is finished.

As for Cap's helmet, remember he spent the last two days filming scenes in which the "aliens" beat the heck out of him. In the midst of a pitched battle so ferocious it's more than reasonable that his helmet would have come off, or that he might have been forced to remove it.

I hope to see some scenes of Cap fighting alongside Iron Man. They haven't always been rivals but good friends as well. I want to see some eventual sense of that camraderie.

I believe that all of them can. That's what I remember from a childhood misspent reading Marvel Comics. :awesome:

Do we think that Cap was meant to drop his shield in that scene or did Evans drop it by mistake?

I was wondering, if they haven't always had the ability to shapeshift, that's something to think about....regarding the extra villains.

That video is EPIC!!!!!!!!!! And I'm so glad Thor has the sleeves too.

Now you have me searching my memory for the story of the origins of the Kree-Skrull War, which has been raging for many millennia. From what I can remember, the Skrulls could always shapeshift.

This has made it an awesome Friday, indeed! Watching those two fight side by side....GREAT!

But I heard that those aliens have traits similar to Skrulls, but Marvel can't use the name because Fox holds the rights thanks to FF. Whatever they do, I hope it will be satisfactory to the fans, because the GA probably couldn't care less if they are Skrulls or the aliens from District 9.

FOX doesn't own the rites to the Skrulls. Just the Super Skrull.
