This was answered already ..... because he's Loki. He has his own motives for doing what he does ..... he's the God of Mischief. He likes toying around with everyone so turning part of the team on itself is an extension of that.

This was answered already ..... because he's Loki. He has his own motives for doing what he does ..... he's the God of Mischief. He likes toying around with everyone so turning part of the team on itself is an extension of that.

I've got a feeling from that pic and from other tidbits around the Interblogwebosphere, that the "Helicarrier Breakout" that LEGO immortalizes will involve Loki mind-controlling not just Hawkeye, but Hulk and Black Widow as well. That will leave "The Big Three" to bromance it out and chew up the scenery as they go after those renegade (i.e., "second tier") Avengers.

That would be awesome Chewy, it would be a perfect way to establish Thor, Cap, and Iron Man as "The Big Three"!

From what we've heard so far, Hawkeye is the only one mind controlled by Loki, and Hulk attempts to stop the breakout by hurling very large objects at the two on the flight deck as they escape.

I wonder if the reason why Hulk and Thor get into a fight because of a misunderstanding rather than a mind controlled Hulk. Maybe Thor thinks that the Hulk is one of Loki's men or maybe Hulk thinks that Thor is getting in his way in trying to stop loki and hawkeye.
