Thank you. Sniff. I feel so loved. :yay:

Anyway, you may be right about Thanos, but studios aren't usually that cagey about something that major. Besides, I still don't think they'll want anyone to overshadow Loki.

The Deviants are a good idea, but doesn't that bring in the whole "Eternals" mythology they might not want to delve into for this movie?

It does, but who knows what they will do with it, could be a theory. Also to note, don't remember if it was Joss or Kevin who said it, but one of them, or someone, said, they want to explore the cosmic side of Marvel into film, where Thanos could fit right in.

They won't have him overshadow, word is, he's in it briefly, and someone here, who worked on set in cleveland, so he claims, uploaded a picture of a prosthetic Thanos head, removed it, then released it again, more distorted and blurred and messy to avoid getting in trouble.

If he is in it, I'd be willing to bet it would be a short scene, just making a deal with Loki, then maybe an after-credit scene setting up a sequel.

As far as this movie is concerned, its Loki and the aliens

Good point. As I recall in Avengers #1 Loki never mind controlled Hulk. He just tricked him by altering his perceptions in order to get him to do what he wanted. A subtle but significant difference.

Very true, but Loki is capable of mind control and I hope he shows the improvement in his magical abilities by using them on a very large scale.

Welcome to you both!
I'm usually good about my salutations to newbies, but I may have not seen your posts.
And I'm leaning towards Badoon, or Breakworlders (if not a part of the X franchise)
But I'm more than likely WAYyyy off.
This whole Knights of Wundagore theory seemed like it had some steam behind it.

haha I am just teasing, yeah when I joined I kinda just took off and blended right in, so its understandable :P, this is my home guys lol

Well, in the movies we still don't know. In comics, Thor: he can fly from earth to the sun in a couple of minutes, for example.

are you sure? I thought he could fly faster than light?

all teleporting aside

That IS faster than light, because Earth and the sun are light-years apart.

OH MAN hahaha, Earth and the sun are an AU apart, (Astronomical Unit). Not a light year, not even close. A Light year is the distance light can travel over the course of one Earth year, with the speed of light of course being 186,000 miles per second. My friend, I don't know where you learned your astronomy, but Earth and the sun are not even remotely close to a light year apart, yet alone multiple :)

Though my mistake regarding Thor's speed, I was thinking of light years per second, not miles per seconnd, my bad. because traveling one AU in say, 3 minutes would be traveling at about, with an AU being 93 million miles, by 3 minutes, 31 million miles a minute, so yes, around 500,000 or so miles per second, more than twice the speed of light, Im tired haha..but earth and the sun are not light years apart.

Astronomy is a MAJOR hobby of mine, I own multiple telescopes and software and such

Ok that's cool I didn't know that (woop-dee-doo), anyways it takes light 8 minutes to travel between earth and the sun.

Odinson said Thor can travel to the sun within minutes, so that still proves the point that Thor is as fast or faster than light.

not as fast as the type of astronomy knowledge allah has provided you and that you are showing off about and not being humble to HE who has provided you with this

yes, like I said, I was thinking wrong, and my post continued to say that he would be traveling at 500,000 miles per second which is more than twice the speed of light, so yes I agree, and to your whoop-de-do comment...answer me this, have you ever heard of Chris Farely? :) if you have, I believe you know where I am going with this hahaha

Although we all have different beliefs, I have nothing against muslims, and allah, so I apologize if I offended.

How did Allah get in this thread? Lets talk Thor, he flies, and smashes Frost Giants with his hammer.

I have heard of him and his infamous "motivational speeches", but I don't know where you're going with this.

I agree and as most of you can tell from my username, discussing about Thor is certainly one thing I don't mind doing at all.

Hulk would totally beat Thor in a fight

With rants about allah (???) and THOR vs HULK macho contests, I can safely say that this thread is temporarily off its rocker.

Kid looks sick, his parents should take him to dr.
