A great picture and it feels good to know that Hulk will actually be damaged. A fight were someone is just smashing through everything isn't very exciting.

Very true, I was hoping that he would bleed a little in his fight with Thor to show that they're both capable of harming each other.

Hulk no bleed. Hulk has big boogers.

Thor hitting hulk with his bare hands is going to be amazing.

I think Whedon mentioned that he wanted the movie to be such that the audience will be questioning the survival of the characters, like Black Hawk Down did, and I guess Hulk is no exception. I'm very glad to see this happen in The Avengers, because the last thing I want is the final battle scene to be deprived of suspense or tension for our favorite characters' safety; it would've been bored if such is the case.

It'd be funny if Hulk called Thor goldilocks or something along those lines. One of my favorite moments of Ultimates was when Hulk called Thor a hippie when they clashed.

Yup, I can't wait to see how each character is going to be put through their paces. I hope (and sure) there will be a couple heartbreaking moments between them, or at least a tear given.

If he can pull that off then the battle will be truly amazing. If it comes to the point where you fear for Hulk and Thor, then it's really serious.

Yes, I've always liked Hulk having nicknames for other heroes and it would be a nice sign that Hulk has become much more than just a monster.

I caught the Avengers theme on CBM. It's excellent. It kind of reminds me of Nobuo Uematsu's Final Fantasy music. Final Fantasy VII to be exact and that's a great thing. Also picking up some Metal Gear Solid in another song.

OHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGOD I just saw the first Avengers TV Spot on ITV2! EEEEE!

(i know I've seen it before, but I wasnt expecting that. Nothing like seeing it on. the. TV. :woot: Made my heart jump a bit.)

Whoa!:wow:

Can everyone from here on just spoiler tag every new still, tv spots, and any new info .. much appreciated

I agree. I would avoid this forum, but I'm kind of addicted to this thread. I can avoid the other spoiler-filled one just fine, but for this I'd prefer spoiler tags on all things possible please, including stills. I ruined some moments of IM2 for me because of them (the cut to Vanko having hanged those two guards for example).

Thanks!

ps. That Hulk still is... well, I'll just say it looks like we've finally got a Hulk that is truly Incredible. :yay:
Love the Kirby look.

After after-credits scene?

I honestly have no idea. Maybe is a scene for IM3 and they film it under Avengers schedule so it doesn't count as another movie in actors contract.

Poor guy. Why would anyone want to hurt the green man?
