tom hiddleston talks comic book films. quite simply brilliant.

I come to work with my Avengers coffee mug, my Hulk lunchbox, my Green Lantern wallet and so on and my co-workers keep looking at me like I'm some kind of freak for liking superheroes or even comic books and video games.

I'm sure I'm not the only one around here that feels the same way that I do.

Its only that I'm so glad that now with this genre becoming more popular and with oscar winning actors and performances, people are starting to (at least in my country) view theese films as action films and not so much as kid movies.

And statements like Tom's are helping alot.

Coming right back from the screening (Yes I saw it!!!) And what should I say. Woooow, amazing, terrific. Best comic book movie ever. I had to drive home for 1 1/2 hours but I still so excited that my hands are shivering. Ok, they shiver always a little, but not this much.

Kevin Feige said in a recent interview if Marvel Studios wanted they could use Scarlett Witch and Quicksilver in their films. That made me pretty happy.

I don't know much about Bixby, but Ruffalo is the best, yes. Norton is very good, indeed. But Ruffalo brings much more heart in it, he was really likeble as Banner - and at the end even as Hulk. I dare to say that Ruffalos performance was perfect.

I'm very glad to see that you love this movie, Lady Marion! So how was the crowd reaction for the movie?

They applauded at the end, the most people were satisfied and happy. Some scenes got applause during the film, and after the Thor/IM fight went an impressed "whoa" through the theater.

It was fun watching the movie with all these fans. Some seemed to be at an age that they could have the first issue of the Avengers comics at home - and they bought it when it came out.

I got the whole Hulk tv show on dvd and I'm a huge fan of Bixby because it was because of his performance that the Hulk wasn't ridiculous.

Bana was ok and Norton was really good. I really hope that Ruffalo knocks it out of the park. Thanks for the mini Ruffalo review

So we could conceivably see an XMFC2 featuring Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver as part of Magneto's Brotherhood, and in the same year two totally different actors playing Wanda and Pietro in Avengers 2.

Guessing you saw this at the London Premiere right? sounds like you had a great time!

It was because of the London Premiere but I watched it in Berlin. Some theaters got a live stream from the red carpet (what actually didn't work right and the presenter from the German TV station was awkward, she ruined every interview) and the movie followed, luckily without dubbing. And yeah, it was a really really great time.
