I thought I'd post this link up for you guys because it was more pr less a parody of The Avengers/Justice League...and it's pretty hilarious too.

I used to watch this animation short on Dexter's Laboratory, and I thought it is definitely a parody of Avengers. It's clear that Major Glory is Capt. America (but with a bit of Superman throw in for good measure), The Infraggable Krunk = Hulk, and Valhallen is a rockin' Thor. Aside from Major Glory, the other two characters do not have any characteristics from the Justice League members, but the name of the team is an obvious homage to JL.

Now I am never going to get Justice Friends out of my head when watching the Avengers. Instead of Mjolnir I'm going to expect Thor to take out an electric guitar amd speak in some surfer dude Olde English. I have only myself to blame for this.

I actually enjoyed TIH alot, especially compared to that miserable Ang Lee film which I still rate as one of the top 5 worst superhero movies of all time. I would rank TIH as being at least as good as IM2, and I really enjoyed what Ed Norton did with the character of Banner. I freaking loved Hurt as General Ross.

I will be anxious to see Ruffalo's take on Banner, because everyone is glowing over how the Hulk is treated in Avengers, and I hope they carry this on. I absolutely love the Hulk as a character going back to the 70's TV show, and he has always been one of Marvel's flagship and most recognizable characters and deserves to have a movie franchise.

Valhallen's name is a play on Vanhalen (the rock group) and Valhalla(The hall in which Odin received the souls of slain heroes). Kind of like a Norse Rocker God.
