I know he's dead now, but Patrick Swayze would've made an interesting Jim Gordon. Check him out in the tv show "The Beast".

What about Desmond Harrington as Bruce Wayne, or even Harvey Dent?

Time to post my thoughts on a Batman sequel. I don't want a reboot but I could see a new cast...

Batman - Elliot Cowan

Robin - Asa Butterfield

Alfred - Bill Nighy

Barbara - Felicia Day

Joker - John Simm (I've always said James Nesbitt but that might be stunt casting)

Harley Quinn - Amanda Seyfried

Riddler - Jared Leto

I've seen that Eliott Cowan guy on Sinbad. He looks way to old and doesn't give of that Batman vibe...

I suggest that Clayface be made the villain, thus allowing half of the cast to pull double duty except for whatever voice actor they get to voice Karlo's more slimey form and perhaps pre-Clayface flashbacks.

I could see him as Batman he has the acting chops to do it well I think.
