He better be the first guy they contact for the role, then if he declines..i can't say anything about that. But he's bloody perfect, how could you not have him in mind right away? The voice, look, fantastic actor, big name..especially now because of Walter White. Perfect.

Seeing some of his acting in BATB promos, he would make a pretty good Batman as well?

Anson ****ing Mount for Batman. I supported Jon Hamm, but with him I'm not sure if he could pull off Bruce AND Batman.

With Anson Mount though, he could EASILY have the intensity required for Batman and Bruce. He's incredible on Hell on Wheels.

I'm on board with this guy. Looks like Bruce leaped right off the pages. He has all of the iconic features.

I was one of the early proponents of Ezra Miller as well (pat on the back), and pairing these two together would be too perfect.

I wish Anson Mount was 10 years younger. If he got the role I wouldn't complain now but he's pushing it with the age.

I'm not going to judge solely on this preview, cause I feel it's nothing final in terms of Ryan's performance in BATB. But even so, I feel he would make a pretty good Batman from this.

I was thinking of everyone wanting Bryan Cranston for Jom Gordon (not my first choice, but a good one) and how he was in the Animated Year One....what do you guys think about Benjamin Mckenzie as Batman? He did good in Y1 and he's a good actor and a good looking young guy. The only downsides are his height and lack of bulk, but the first can be solved with camera magic and shoe inserts, the second with a personal trainer.

I can see it, actually (even though I am in the "Cranston for Gordon" camp). I don't really have a favorite for the next Batman, but I do like the thought of Gosling for it.

not a big fan of gosling as bruce he really doe shave the look not even his hair color because val kilmer was blonde and he still had a very good look for batman

ryan imo has too high pitch of a voice and very soft features

he'd be a better flash or gl

Hell no to Mckenzie as well. Don't like the actor or his voice.

Gosling will always be one of my favs for Batman even though it's unconventional. (so was Keaton). Hair means nothing, that's why we have hair dye. But he does suit Flash more.

Actually we don't know he won't do it. I know he shot down GL but maybe that was because of the crappy script....

Can I just travel back on time and get a 30ish Gregory Peck? That dude would be perfect for Bats (and Superman....and Alan Scott...hell, probably Power Girl).

Gosling was offered a role in MOS. I can only imagine the role to be Zod. But he turned that down as well.
