Gosling was offered a role in MOS. I can only imagine the role to be Zod. But he turned that down as well.
really? that would have been a really odd choice.

To each their own...Gosling's still my first choice. But hey, I want Tom Hanks as Gordon so what do I know? ;P
A lot of actors that come to mind I have trouble seeing them handling the multiple sides of the character.
I could see Jake Jellynhal (spelled wrong, I know) doing young Bruce well (immature and swaggering while hiding inner pain) but I don't see him in the cowl holding bad guys over a roof ledge.
James Franco could do a Kilmer-style Batman-tortured and dark but more family friendly and a tortured Bruce, sitting in a dark study bleeding and monologuing, but I don't see him as a suave playboy.
You know whats up. Tom Hanks as Gordon is inspired. Especially after his role in Catch Me If You Can. I first thought of him as Gordon in that movie and he'd be ****ing perfect! I can totally see it, and with Gary Oldman, Michael Caine, and Morgan "God" Freeman leaving the franchise, we're going to need some big names in the supporting cast again. I think Hanks would be a VERY smart move, and after all of the success that the last 3 films had, I dont see why he wouldnt accept the role.
Bryan ****ing Cranston as Jim Gordon, no exceptions

That cast is wonderful.
Del Toro has been my choice since TDKR went off in the theatres.
I'm warming up to an older Batman and Mount is the best choice for that.
Ezra Miller seems good for the role, who cares if he's bi? People need to get over it.
Cranston is perfect. Period.
Perfect Croc,Strange, and Langstrom. Literally my picks for those respective roles.
10/10

You're very kind. I actually got the idea watching Road To Perdition, with the mustache, coat and hat, telling his boys he doesn't do anything dangerous even though he goes out all hours with a gun...
Oh yeah Im definitely getting a Gordon vibe from him in that movie. And the kid who played his son, Tyler Hoechlin would have made a great Robin when he was a kid. Someone recently suggested him for Batman, but hes too young imo. Maybe he could play Nightwing if the new franchise begins with the Bat-family already existing. Doubtful I know...
If we can't get Groffery Rush as Alfred, how about Roger Moore. He can be tough or funny, and despite his age he's still quite witty and charming
I like the idea of Roger Moore playing Alfred a lot more than I want it to actually happen. Roger Moore was a great Bond but he looks like **** now.
No problem man!Why thank you sir!t:
Awesome avatar/sig btw! Billy Corgan is a god![]()

I can't help but feel like Roger Moore - who I do think could be a fine Alfred - would be too old for it. I mean, he's 84 or 85 now, and even though Alfred should be old, that might be a bit too old, considering we're talking about a reboot that won't happen for a few years at least.
