The scene where he jumps into the Batmobile in slow mo with the cape trailing behind him, how funny would it be if the cape was true to life and falls on his head when he is seated and he spends a minute tucking the cape into the car and behind him.

Now that would be funny! It would of been nice if MOS had more funny moments in it. All we got were, 1) Truck in tree...2) I just think he's kind of hot.

That would be slapstick. If you need to resort to that, it should be a film massively different in tone from Man of Steel and closer to Batman: Brave and the Bold.

Superman doesn't need "humour" in the same way that Batman does. He doesn't surround himself with people who will joke about his shortcomings and such (whereas Alfred, Selina, Robin do with Bruce).

Superman should have a general lighter tone. Although he deals with threats that can cause more damage than Batman's foes, he's from a different world, a lighter world where people don't need to make jokes to mask the hopelessness of situations.

I wouldn't mind if Superman cracked wise every now and again. He shouldn't be Spider-Man, of course, but it'd be nice if he displayed a dry wit.

As long as it doesn't feel forced. I would love to see Superman crack a joke at Batman.

Or you know..they can just go SuperCafe style!

That would be funny as an after after credit scene, like the shawarma scene in Avengers. Or at least a blooper outtake-type scene for the DVD/Blu-Ray.

That is priceless, matt47.

Clark and Bruce, in civilian gear, meet in a cafe and sit in a booth in the exact Super Cafe poses. Cue me squeeing in the theater.

Man this is one sexy Batmobile, really hope it's similar to this

^ It's a bit similar to the tumbler, but it is also pretty badass/sexy.

It reminds me of an exotic life HOTWHEELS car. I would have loved this on my racetrack! (oops, showing age) :woot:

That's one badass Batmobile! But I think Synderverse of the car will be different and plus to sell to $$$.

It's not bad, but I prefer the original one from the Arkham games.

^which looked similar to the '89 Batmobile. Still cool though.

Oh yeah that is one sexy looking car. I hope the Batmobile is like this in Snyders universe but somehow I doubt it will be.

I am not saying you in particular, but that comment about the SuperCafe made me notice just how many things and references to pop-culture, comics, etc. fans want. They want more than just a Superman movie, and Lex and Braniac, or some other villain but they want all kinds of nods. Like I've heard one about pizza, I have no idea what that refers too, and nods to this and that. If all the SuperHeroHype community were to get together and make a superhero movie, I think it would have so many characters and nods to comics and internet references that it would have to be a 6 hour long movie.

^and...? :woot:

It wouldn't make for a bad movie for comic book fans but that would really push away the majority of people. I don't think that would make for a good movie to have so many references to so many things that most people would just not get. If you were adapting a particular story, fine, but when you are adapting a movie based on a character with 75 years of stories attached to it, that's a whole other thing. The references would never stop, if fans got their way, it would definitely be too much. It would just be a campy (or serious) movie full of references, nods to video games, a particular page of a comic book they liked, etc.

so apparently the new batmobile is finished, it might be revealed at comic con

@HenryCavillNews: WB Asst. Dir. Transportation confirms the new Batmobile "is finished but no one's seen it." #BatmanvsSuperman

@HenryCavillNews
Also asked about possible new #Batmobile appearance at Comic-Con bc of 75th anniversary. Can't comment but transp. Dept. is "at the ready."

take with a grain of salt, of course
