The batmobile will be as amazing to me as the suit reveal will be, I have a good feeling that it's going to be something very different than we've seen before.

I remember a while ago that they said that it was based on (or looked like) the Cadillac 16. Is that still true or did they change that? It still reminds me a little of BTAS batmobile.

:awesome:

that's a beauty wouldn't mind if it was Bruce Wayne's mode of transport.

There´s a comic that has something that looks like a cross between the tumbler and the 89 Batmobile. Something lik that would be perfect.

You pretty described how The Batmobile looks like in Batman: Arkham Knight.

The AK Batmobile looks nothing like the B89-mobile. It straight up looks like a refined Tumbler with Bat-emblems on the rims.

Well it least it has the bat-motif and actually has bat fins on it this time :applaud

I think the Fleckmobile will be leaning more in the Burton vein, but will have some all terrain elements.

I think a base like this would be nice. It should look armored but practical. A tank is not very practical in terms of speed, etc. If you are in a giant tank-like car realistically, you could be followed just about anywhere. You won't be out-running many people or chasing a lot of people down. A smaller sportier car I think would be a better option while keeping the long hood but not overly long so it can move. A Viper today (although my favorite model is the 2000-2001 model pictured above) comes with a 640 HP V-10 engine and goes 0-60 in 3 seconds flat. You don't need a huge front end to fit a powerful engine.

Tbh, I just don't see how a different Batmobile could top this. It's perfection.

There was an issue after War Games when the cops were after Batman where he actually used a Dodge Viper as a incognito batmobile.

Interesting, I'd like to see photos of that. I am not into comic books, so what little I know about superheroes is just from what I have seen in movies and a few of the origin comics like Birthright and Earth One and some of those Year One style of comics.

That is pretty cool. I would love to see a car that is inspired by that. The tank looking car from the video game looks cool in the video game, in reality, I have no idea what that would look like. It is so dark, it has so much going on, the Tumbler at least looks more functional because you can tell what you are looking at, the one from the video game it is really hard to see what it is, or what is going on. I am a car guy, and if I saw that, I would have no clue what I am looking at. It would take a whole team of engineers and mechanics to figure that thing out.

My idea would be similar to crossing a Lambo with a Hummer, I would want to cross a Viper with the newer generation SWAT vehicles used in some police departments. That way you can actually tell what is going on. There are a lot of "muscular" lines that can be given to the car but it ultimately looks like a car that a person can look at and understand, "oh okay, the engine is here, probably rear wheel drive, V10, probably 8 liter engine" etc.

I hope we get something similar to the batmobile in r.i.p

The last thing I really want to see is another glorified sports car, the vehicle needs to be an intimidating beast no matter what the design.

For a man who dresses up like a Bat in order to strike fear in the hearts of those who prey on the fearful, a man who is nearly an urban legend and operates in the shadows, I feel like that is the IDEAL description of the batmobile. You unintentionally nailed it

minus the roof rails of course, and plus some bat-ness added. ;)
