That design doesn't correspond to human anatomy anyway, but even in the abstract sense, it would be difficult to accept Bruce Wayne having a physique like the Hulk.

I think Neal Adams had that about right.

What about a Lee Bermejo interpretation of the Batsuit? It has a very real life feel to it and looks as if it were grounded in reality. After all Nolan jacked his design for Joker. Anyway I love the texture of the costume and how everything looks as if it is made from leather. It has a heavy feel that I like about it. I'm ready for a bulkier Batman and I believe that is what you need to make this costume work.

I like parts of the costume, but there are definitely parts I'm not too fond of, either. I like the cowl a lot, but not a fan of the cape.

Nolan's Joker didn't really "jack" Bermejo's, since Bermejo's still has the bleached skin and wears a far less elaborate costume. The scarred mouth is just something they have in common.

Not a fan of his Batman design. It looks like a good drawing of an average cosplay.

One nitpick that I have with the TDK/TDKR suit and the suit in the Arkham games is that you never get to see Batman's iconic stance where the cape covers his entire body except for his head. I couldn't find a picture but I'm sure you all know which stance I'm talking about. I really hope to see that in the next film.

And this was about as close i could find for TDKR

Both still closer than what we got in any of the previous batman films

I love those shots but it's still not the same iconic stance because the cape is not closed around his body completely.

I want to see something like this:

Imagine that with the white eyes:

:wow:

I don't think the wrap-around pose is really possible with a cape that also conveniently hangs behind the shoulders when Batman needs to fight. The answer, I think its to design two different cape/cowl assemblies, and use both. No one would notice. Except for us.

The only thing I care about is a sleeker design. Something which I could believe a man actually doing agile physical activity in - fighting, climbing, running etc - The TDK suit was so clunky. Despite his reasoning, metaphorically and pragmatically, I never really bought into the necessity of Batman wearing what was quite literally armour.

Batman's intelligence, agility, speed and reliance of stealth methods of combat should counter his need to wear that heavy thing.

I don't care how the batsuit is done as long as it looks different and fresh and I guess ''suits'' the world or version they are portraying.

Gameinformer has the scoop.

I love that suit, he looks badass.

I what something like this in live action, mineus the trunks.

Not bad, but I maintain the Batman Incorporated suit is the best design we have seen for 30 years. I don't think it needs a single change for live action.

The Keaton suits had the cape wrap around in about the same way as the second picture

I love this suit, its my favorite in Arkham City and its perfectly translatable to live action.

Personally I don't want to ever see the yellow oval logo... But it's not up to me haha, , Just everytime seeing the oval I think of a bullseye and reminds me of when the comic's when Batman had to be tone down the darkness, Maybe in the first one they could do it, then change to the black bat in the squeal
