Its simple, because a lot of Fanboys love to say DC is trying to copy Marvel so even though your statement is true, a lot of Marvel fanboys will cry DC was trying to rip off of Ultron. Its apparently the cool thing to do to love and praise Marvel films, but damn and put down DC films. I'll never get this either, the bashing of one or the other, I'm both a fan of DC and Marvel, yes, I'm more of a DC fan but I enjoy ALOT of Marvel films, animation, comics, etc.

Ignorance and blind fanboy motivation is why.

Some Marvel fans even compared potential of Metallo being used as a copy to Ultron. Metallo is obviously a regular human being engineered to be a robot. He will struggle with no longer having his human qualities, and even have a human face when first constructed. It would be gradual as his artificial skins tear from battles, and reveal the robotic form underneath. In actuality much more interesting than Ultron.

In terms of Brainiac, agreed on your points. Although if the AI form is used, Lex could technically have him built. It will still be an outside intelligence that was not CREATED on earth though.

Seeing as how Ultron wasn't as complex as expected, sky is the limit for Brainiac.

I find Ultron and Brainiac to be completely different, at least in terms of personality. I'm not really sure how Ultron is in the comics, but in the movie, he was almost like an evil child prodigy throwing tantrums (that's not a criticism; I loved Ultron). Brainiac, in contrast, I've always seen as the epitome of cold and calculating, looking at everything as a statistic. Something like that, with that much power, is truly terrifying.

Seeing as how awesome Snyder can make tough chicks appear on screen, I really hope they go with the lineup from Batman/Superman Apocalypse.

Either way, having the Furies as a prelude to Darkseid (they could even be accompanied by parademons) would allow the Justice League to face a group of a similar size to the founding League (and that also has the added benefit of providing something the MCU hasn't really had and won't really have - a sort of match up, in terms of size, between two groups. Civil War will be close, but will primarily be Iron Man versus Captain America most likely). Then you can segway straight into Darkseid's arrival in Part 2.

As for the whole Part aspect of the title, Part 1 and Part 2 suggests two parts to the same story, as opposed to two standalone stories featuring the same characters.

I think Brainiac could work better as a Superman villain in a Superman solo film. Justice League Part 1 and 2 could deal with Darkseid, Superman could deal with Brainiac, Batman could be Court of Owls (which offers the potential for a trilogy), Wonder Woman could deal with Circe and Bestiamorphs in a way that actually fits with Greek mythology and can be taken seriously, Aquaman is most likely dealing with Ocean Master, Flash could deal with Grodd potentially, and could involve him having his Gorilla army, which the Flash show really won't be able to do (too short a time frame for Grodd to both acquire/build that kind of technology and to acquire that many gorillas), Cyborg could deal with Amazo, OMAC (which could tie in to a Brainiac Superman film), or T.O. Morrow, Green Lantern could feature multiple Green Lanterns (Hal and John Stewart, at least, if not Kyle Rayner also - would be different than just another solo film) against the Sinestro Corps (since we actually didn't get the Sinestro Corps on-screen in the failed 2011 film), and Shazam could simply be an origin story for both Shazam and Black Adam (whose origin could hint towards Doctor Fate, Hawkman, Hawkgirl, and Blue Beetle as they all have a direct link to Black Adam and the wizard Nabu) while setting up a magic-centered thread running alongside the main JL thread (where Circe would be a major player behind the scenes. These magic-centered movies would basically be Doctor Fate, Shazam, Hawkman and Hawkgirl, and Blue Beetle as a Phase 2 of the DCCU). You could then bring them all together, along with additional supporting heroes (debuting in solo films, particularly Superman, Batman, and Green Lantern), in a Kingdom Come movie.

Every now and then we get some interesting rumors.

So my brother works for WB, he is one of the editors for Magic Mike XXL, though not directly
connected to the BvS movie, but within the establishment. he kinda listens to what's going on
as a batman fan. Secretly, one of his co-editor who has an ear in the BvS room, says
that Doomsday is never the Villain in the movie, but Huge-Ass Robots, created with
Kryptonian Technology and meatrials from the Indian Ocean. Lex got hold of it, so he made it
as an ultimate weapon. He tried to tell the people of the world, that Kryptonians are pests and
should be feared and not praised. Thymescera was affected, Gotham was affected, the whole world
was affected, that's why WW and Bats decided to help, and along the way, realized that Kal,
was never an enemy. Flash will appear too, and Aquaman will help defend the seas
(my bro heard there's a scene where the Robots are flying in Antarctic and Huge School of Sharks
jumps out of the water and one by one destroyed the robots with their massive jaws)....
pretty much that's it. He can assure, the movie will be TOTALLY AWESOME
so I'm so happy about it. (sorry I have to keep my identity a secret)

WW's invisible jet is indeed part of the film and it's freakin' huge. It was made of Amazon tech and the magic of Zeus that makes it invisible, It is also the same Jet that shields Diana and other people during the party at Luthor's residence when Tao Okamoto tried to assassinate Bruce Wayne because of his opposition of Lex's project on Kryptonian weapons.
There's a little bit of spark between bruce and diana. but just very little bit.
In the end, during the final battle with the Kryptonian made robots by Luthor, the trinity diverts the enemy while Amy Adams, Jena Malone and the guy with green socks tried to infiltrate Lexcorp to stop the mai control.
Expect a battle between Gal Gadot and Tao Okamoto...and baed on description, it was like a massive brawl.

I might only add that at SDCC, WB will present some (two or
three) concept-art for "Justice League, Part One".

One of them shows only the entire Justice League - in Watchmen style pose.

The second is a "concept-frame" from particular action sequences.

A
huge space on the image, some kind of devastated area and
**villain** in full glory,
standing in the middle over the defeated and
crushed JL. And this concept-art is truly very gigantic.

Presentation will end up with villain voice monologue and actor who plays this
character will appear on stage. His name is a mystery, kept a secret as well as
Affleck/Batman contract. But it's most likely someone very well known - Oscar
winner or
something like that, strongly associated with WB studio.

I can confirm that this rumor is 100% correct. Scoot McNairy is playing the Guy with Green Socks.

Since WB is apprehensive about reintroducing Green Lantern after the Ryan Reynolds movie, they've decided to go a different route and create a new character similar to GL but with noticeable differences. WB understands that a green power ring might be a little too hard for audiences to accept, so in this new version, the character wears magic green socks. The Guy with Green Socks, a.k.a. Al Gordon, also will not be a fearless test pilot. Instead, he'll be a shoe salesman who was born without the sense of smell, so his green socks (whose sole power is being able to knock people out due to their horrid stench) have no effect on him.

Expect WB to announce a solo film for the Guy with Green Socks at Comic Con.

I really don't think there will be one. Seems a bit ridiculous to do in live action IMO. Why would the daughter of Zeus need a invisible plane?! Anyway, I think it won't happen in the DCCU.
