I actually think it'll be slightly more than a cameo. He's going to likely appear in costume towards the end of the movie, tying into the plot in some way IMO.

That's cameo then if he's only appearing at the very end. All the heroes bar the trinity are cameos. Heck he (Momoa) doesn't even appear on the offical credits banner.

Neither do Scoot McNairy, Jena Malone and Callan Mulvey, but surely they're going to have roles that are more than cameos. That's what I mean. I know his role isn't going to be as big as say Wonder Woman's, but I doubt it'll be as small as a mere cameo.

I thought Momoa said he was only there for a few minutes. I don't remember where I saw that, but I think it'll be a cameo.

I cant help but think this is gonna set up a big baddie at the end, and we see bats and supes tracking down other rumored superpowered beings for help, it may be then that we see AM, flash, etc.

That's not what he's saying. He's suggesting a massive threat appears towards the end of the film, so Supes and Bats seek help from Aquaman, Flash etc...

I don't mind hinting at the future but a straight up cliffhanger would annoy me. I want resolution.

I feel the same. These DC movies take so long to come out that a true cliff-hanger would bug my impatient self.

I would prefer resolution also, BUT, since WB and Snyder are trying to jumpstart JL with BvS I dont expect any.
Best case I see is they defeat the physical threat and the plans of Lex, but a much bigger threat is discovered. I dont know the hows and whys, but I'll bet real money this has a cliffhanger of sorts.

There will not be resolution...the DCEU is just getting started! A resolution between Supes and Bats conflict perhaps.... but no to the bigger picture of the DCEU.

I feel the same. These DC movies take so long to come out that a true cliff-hanger would bug my impatient self.

Thankfully, once BvS is released, the DCCU movies will start coming around more often and the wait won't be as tedious. Thank goodness this year is flying by and March will be here before we know it.

I've not been keeping up to date with all plot point rumours and theories but I was linked to that one on IMDB forums & I have to say I'd be very happy with the movie's plot if it was even remotely similar.

However if it was something similar "Batman vs Superman" would be somewhat of a misleading title.

Roll on Saturday, hopefully we get some fresh info coming out of CC or even more footage.

I could see the Batman/Superman conflict being resolved but Superman could continue to be a misunderstood character. The governments could still distrust him leading to a Cadmus type storyline like on JLU.

If they want to keep the universe grounded and reflective of our world, then it most definitely shouldn't be resolved like "everybody loves Superman by the end of the movie, he is celebrated as a hero worldwide, lets throw a party".

During the whole course of the animated JL series there was distrust toward the Leaguers by the government, even though they were celebrated by heroes among civilians almost exclusively (it was a show for children, after all) and I really want that to be the case in the films. They should also slowly gain people's trust, but never to the point that they are without exception liked and celebrated worldwide. Keep the universe believable, I say.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind that. After some big, "Final Crisis"-like event (hopefully, one leading to Batman's death) in the end of the very last movie of this universe.

Universally adored? Aren't you asking for too much? Superman and the Justice League have never been universally adored, they've always had their naysayers. I would agree if you meant the majority of the public. That I could see happen.
