I hope when Disney releases the box office numbers for Endgame, they subtract out how much money they had to spend to buy tickets for Captain Marvel to hit a billion. Only seems fair.

I'm not surprised that this movie is making a ton of money, since there was a genuine hunger for a female-led film in the MCU, or at least I thought so, and then there is the Endgame factor.

But it's doing even better than I would have thought. 1 Billion with relative ease. It will probably get a bit of a boost around the time Endgame comes out as well.
