The grass is always greener....
Let me put it this way, she doesn't have a a record to run on as POTUS. In a clean race between Clinton and Romney, she'd crush him (same with McCain). However, if she had been the one to push for HCR and if the economy was still over 9--or 8--percent unemployment and she was POTUS, she'd be in a very similar situation. Though she probably would have browbeat Boehner until he cried a small pond into passing a "grand bargain," as she loves partisan fights much like Bill did so many years ago.
Hillary Clinton is one of the most intelligent and respected female political figures out there. It will be a sad day when she finally decides to leave the political world.

Who were you rooting for prior to Obama's nom? Always been curious. The grass is always greener....

Obama is the first black president. He'll be remembered.
Bush will be remembered as he was a wartime president.
Clinton will probably be remembered least of the three. His sex scandal is the most memorable event of his presidency, sadly. Him selling out America via NAFTA and basically everything else will just be lost to history.
As for Hill-dog, no one remembers losers. She will be like Geraldine Ferraro, remembered only by historians and trivia buffs.
I find it curious that you despise Mitt Romney and constantly write him off as a slimy, opportunistic politician yet are always the first to jump to the defense of Hillary Clinton, who is basically the opposite side of the Mitt Romney coin. Her entire adult life has been a carefully orchestrated political charade, with everything from her policies to her state of residency to even her marriage being, tweaked, changed, faked and artificially crafted to advance her career. Hillary is the Democratic version of Mitt Romney. And even then, their policies aren't that different. Both are corporatist stooges. Hell, the Clintons sold America out more than even Ronald Reagan (and that is saying something).
History is not going to be kind to either Clinton, IMO.
