Is this thing supposed to fill in the space between BB and TDK?

If so, how can it have Killer Croc in it. That seems silly.

you're the first person to try to use that argument.

Yep, only one.

This is also a "what might have happened" between BB and TDK. Not something that did happen and Bale will maybe mention it in TDK.

Also Killer Croc could be in it because Batman just got gased again by Scarecrow with the fear toxin; so what he might be seeing is the Urban Legend of Killer Croc and perceiving him out to be this monster.

croc is just batman hallucinating on scarecrows gas, this is confirmed:cwink:

Cool, I got it now. Thanks. :yay:

Question:

Is Harvey Dent in any of the six episodes? I dunno, I like the notion of seeing Dent mentioned, or at least making an appearance.

Highly doubt it. Maybe a quick mention but Harvey seems to make his first appearance in TDK. Especially since Bruce and Harvey meet in TDK

That's Bruce and Harvey. And I haven't heard anyone say this the film he's first introduced. Remember, this is a tie-in with The Dark Knight. You're probably right, though.

People who saw the 6 min preview (not prologue) said Bruce and Harvey have dialogue like this.
Harvey - Bruce Wayne, Rachel has told me everything about you.
Bruce - I hope not everything.

I know. I've been here since May. :oldrazz:

I'm only saying this: that's the first time Bruce and Harvey meet, not necessarily the first time Batman and Harvey meet.

Remember now, the D.A. is dead at the end of Batman Begins, therefore having Harvey Dent introduced throughout the anthology wouldn't be such a horrid idea.

Well not everyone since May reads everything.

That is true, but since this story seems to follow Bruce Wayne and his self development we probably would hear mentions of him, but not a whole lot. I am not saying its a bad idea, just highly unlikely. I don't think we are going to see any Rachel Dawes either.

I think we're receiving a trailer for this, right?

We'll find out then, I suppose. And I didn't mean to come off sounding rude.

I was actually at the Wizard World Event.. and the Prologue. :woot: Film looked insane.

Oh no worries.
I have a feeling that this anime will actually have little to do with BB and TDK

it's not really a tie-in with the dark knight though. it's not in "nolan's world" and it's not directly linked as far as i know. it's just dark like begins and tdk are.

exactly. i think it has close to nothing to do with them, really

Which is interesting, because Jonathan Nolan is credited to story for "The Dark Knight."

How much of The Dark Knight are they using?

i'd prefer it to have little with BB and TDK, but little easter eggs. like a random dent poster or the narrows being rebuilt, ya know?

well i'm pretty that's the name of a segment of the movie. one of the cartoons is called "the dark knight" and jon nolan happened to come up with the story for it. that's how it appears.

yeah, i kinda doubt we'll get stuff like that. there were probably no prerequisites other than not including joker and two-face for the writers. so they probably just wrote batman stories, without trying to adhere to the mythology of the current movies

Kind of odd that he's credited for story on it, though, not writing?

well im not really sure, but if he didn't write the teleplay, then he didn't write it, ya know?

coulda been like "here's a cool idea for a story." or maybe he wrote a short story, or a rough outline. who knows? but i imagine it's not related to the movie TDK

There is another episode called 'The Dark Knight', but someone else wrote it. I have a feeling this does tie-in to the film, but how much, I don't know.
