i will say...with everything im disappointed about...the back of the blu ray is very cool

I really like the back. They should've made an SE that's totally jokerized too. :hoboj:

And I wish there was some Harvey somewhere.:csad:

Im not sure about the covers. I dont like them too much and the special features dont look too convincing either. Oh well I'll purchase it anyway :woot:

So I went to the Mall(Spencer's) and Target. I ended up with a pair of those nifty Joker fingerless gloves, the ones with his face on them. An awesome Joker hat, A white Joker shirt done like a playing card. At target I picked up a second Batman Begins movie master, as all they had was that one and the TDK Batman(kicking pose pffft). also got the Scarecrow and Batman two pack, and the small two pack of Batman and Gotham city thug. If you guys would like to see some pictures, I can take some tomorrow and post em. :woot:

Yeah, I want to see some pics.

??? That would be cool Like the two disc with the batpod. Does everything have to be Blu Ray Exclusive?

Christ...

My apologies, I thought the post meant:

Would we be getting the Batpod with the regular edition (as in...NOT the 2 disc)

Hence why I thought it was such a rediculous question.

Regular DVD to me = single disc edition...(I wasn't thinking Blu Ray and non-blu ray)

I don't have Blu-Ray and will buy whatever super-deluxe multi-disc dvd set is available on first day of sale, and do not need any sort of gadget with it, and don't care if the case has Hello Kitty on it, I just want the thing so I can watch it every day! (and all the extras at least a few times)

Yeah I don't have a blu ray player(and don't plan on buying one either), so I'm just gonna get whatever deluxe Dvd edition is available. I was at FYE yesterday and saw that they had preorders available, but figured the movie would be everywhere when it comes out.

I'll probably get it at Future Shop: it's two blocks away from where I live and I can reserve a copy.

Agreed I don't think anyone has to "reserve" a copy of the movie. Trust me it will be EVERYWHERE and stores always have extra free goodies when you buy the movie.

Lol...ya it's like the jump from VHS to DVD...

I really didn't think there was any difference at first.
I never hated it and/or opposed it, I just thought it was some gimmick.
Until I saw blu-ray for the first time...
And yes, it is better than DVD, it is not a gimmick. It is a BILLION times better, anyone who has blu-ray can/should agree because it is true.

The prologue on blu-ray is rediciulous, I can't even imagine the rest of the movie.

It really is amazing.

I know what being cheap is all about, and I also know what it's like to be stubborn lol, because clearly those are the 2 reasons there is no conversion to blu-ray.

But being a natural movie goer, blu-ray is definitely the way to go.

:)

yea the prologue on blu-ray is incredible & cant wait to watch the entire film on it.

My problem is...I have thousands of dvds

I collect...

...My dvds will end up like VHS

....VHS are being sold for 25 cents at a store near where I live...

:(...Join the club.

I totally know what you mean lol...

but at least blu-ray players still PLAY DVDs...they are both still disc format. And blu-ray players (depending on what you buy) will slightly enhance your DVD (I believe)...

So at least it is still a disc, and they didn't change from disc to microchip or something...
