The Dark Knight The-Dark-Knight's Joker-Observation-What's the Twist?

I can imagine the scene now...

JOKER: Excuse Mr. Bank Manager, but where is your lady's room? I need to put my face on.

5 minutes later

JOKER: I'm back. Now...hand over all your cash and valuables!

LMAO!:woot::oldrazz:

reminds me of The Dark Knight Returns when Joker says he has his own lipstick

lol i've imagined it like that too!

I laughed like 3 minutes straight imagining that lol

I was also really hoping that the bank robbery in this movie would also be the same one that Gordon was talking about at the end of Batman Begins.

<rant>
But if we are to assume that the casting sides are still relevant.........
The Joker already had a rep before the bank robbery, as evidenced by the dialogue between the criminals on their way to the bank. If this was the robbery Gordon was talking about and The Joker already had a rep, dont you think Bats would have already known about him, or atleast would have known about the bank heist? Batman's line "Ill look into it" pretty obviously shows his unfamiliarity with the crime. Are we really supposed to believe a bank robbery, botched or otherwise, would go under Batman's radar?
I think if the bank heist had been the incident that Gordon was talking about he would have said mentioned the bank instead of just "robbery/double homicide." I get the feeling that Gordon was talking about something more along the lines of back-alley muggings, ala Joe Chill, except much more sadistic. They could also draw some parallels (not connections) between Joker's early crimes and the murder of the Waynes. Remember when they said that escalation was going to be a big theme in TDK? I think he starts out with smalltime robberies, builds a rep based on the viciousness of those crimes, then he escalates into bigtime crime with things like the bank job, and then eventually he becomes The Joker that we all know and love. The type of guy who would blow up a building full of people just for the fun of it.

New observation sheet.

^ Awesome, just awesome. I've looked at those pics a million times and never realized that.

Is it possible that Joker and his goons are wearing the same kind of shirt?

Maybe similar it seems unlikely.. Asylum7 is that sarcasm? =p

We're sure the goon in the background is Danny Goldring, not Heath Ledger (there was a shot of Goldring in that same coat preparing for the bank scene. Could someone post it?)

As for the coat being the same, the one in the background of the bank pic is obviously navy blue, while the one inside the semi is very purple.

And, about the "three masks" masks being the same, they are. All the goons have distinct masks, and Danny Goldring's was "Chuckles" with a rainbow mohawk and blue around the eyes.

Yeah, me too and I'm impressed that people know the name Danny Goldring.

Here's the Danny Goldring pic I was talking about:

Can't see the pic. Yeah, sorry all these confusion and secrecy is killing me.

hey i dont know if anyone else has noticied and ive been hoping somebody would have said something about it the day it came out but...ZOOM in!
his scar is photoshopped, at least its looking that way to me, if you zoom in real close its kindof squared around alittle bit and looks like somebody tampered with it before they released it, and the new twist was supposed to end with a ?

It does look kinda photoshopped but the part that makes it look iffy to me is the way the scar goes into his mouth, it looks so awkward.

when you look at all the photos of him thats really the only awkward photo, just becuase even like the newest ones it looks like that smile is going back more to his ears...its just an odd photo to me...just doesnt seem right

I suspect foul play...:ninja:

even from far away the make-up in the other pics look thick and heavy...somebody is being sneaky...
