I actually really like lemon meringue right out of the freezer. I think it has a better consistency. Although I'm a weirdo who likes my cheesecake out of the freezer as well.

Is cheesecake a pie? Always seemed more like a rich pie than a cake to me for some reason.

I have it's best that way IMO. Weirdly I also enjoy my yogurt out of the freezer and two of my favorite flavors are orange cream and key lime.
