I wanted Cillian Murphy. For someone who was "against this casting" and all, your actions and posts speak otherwise.
RDJ made no sense at first.

I dont buy it amigo. But true or not, RDJ being able to buy more boats and jets than any actor in history for a single role doesn't enhance the viewing experience of this movie in anyway whatsoever. I see absolutely no merit to that line of logicI wanted Cillian Murphy.

I enjoy seeing talented people vindicated. Trumbo winning Oscars under a fake name after Hollywood blackballed him is what made Kirk Douglas push for his actual name to be on Spartacus. Hollywood has a tendency of throwing people away. It's nice to see those people return to the game and get payback. In RDJ's case, major payback.I dont buy it amigo. RDJ's check doesn't make a better script, doesn't make better camera work, etc. Especially in this kind of economy where people like me are having issues living paycheck to paycheck and such, why on Earth should I smile cause 1 guy is making 100 million dollars for 1 project? How is this making my life better? It's a stupid argument. RDJ was vindicated by the industry nearly 20 years ago at this point. His paycheck being equated to Trumbo and his actual struggles is frankly laughable. At this point, this feels like trolling to meI enjoy seeing talented people vindicated. So is Kang then going around the multiverse planting Doom's everywhere? That's what I always wanted in my Doctor Doom lore
I was definitely being sarcastic lolView attachment 105110???
honestly couldn't tell for a second there... almost thought you were coming around on the idea
but, he couldn't be switching them in all the universes, cause then all Tony Stark/Iron man's would be RDJ and all Doom's would be the real Tony (who ever that is) so, him being RDJ still wouldn't make sense
if this Doom looks like RDJ cause RDJ is the face of the real Doom and our Tony was just a variant that got switched... then the Doom were getting wasn't switched (as he would look like whoever the real Tony is)
so, what happened to the real Tony?
could they just use this concept to recast Iron man
I know I'm probably reading to much into this theory (but, the logistic of it are kinda interest to theorize about) I like a good time-travel paradox
Yep,View attachment 105110???

Which is why it makes no sense. Because Marvel aren't doing this for the fanbase that finds this all unpalatable. They're doing it for general audience that are into the fact that Tony Stark is coming back as Doctor Doom. It's not a bug in the system, it's what they want.Every theory and suggestion I've seen has been in pursuit of making a bad idea somewhat more palatable. I simply do not see an avenue here that leads me to the conclusion "Oh they've got it."
Which is why your theory is dumb and is never going to happen. They're not gonna pull a "The real Tony Stark is in another castle" and totally invalidate all of these movies.Yep,the implication is that we are yet to see the real Tony Stark of any universe.
Which is a crazy thing to think about lol
And no,there's nothing to indicate that all Kangs across the Multiverse are planting Doom babies. The 616 just happens to be the one universe where there is no Doom so it makes sense for Kang, who is a 616 being, to have to plant a Doom in the 616 to ensure his own birth later on.
It's not his theory, okay? It's a leak supported by a reddit post from a few weeks ago. God, keep up!Which is why your theory is dumb and is never going to happen. They're not gonna pull a "The real Tony Stark is in another castle" and totally invalidate all of these movies.
it'd be quite the Baby switching shell game, for sure...Yep,the implication is that we are yet to see the real Tony Stark of any universe.

I don't know if it really invalidates Tony... he still was who he was, doesn't change anything he did as Iron Man (just shows he was a product of his environment).... They're not gonna pull a "The real Tony Stark is in another castle" and totally invalidate all of these movies.
It invalidates the movies by saying that wasn't the real Iron Man.it'd be quite the Baby switching shell game, for sure...
so, the baby-Doom he was swapped with would have had to come from an universe that didn't already have a Tony... other wise that universee would run into the same issue of Doom and Tony looking-a-like (but, with both of them looking like Tony instead) wild to think about
assuming its a direct baby for baby swap and he isn't doing who knows what else with these baby Tonys... could be leaving them at orphanages or something and they just grown up to be ordinary people (again it'd have to be an universe that didn't already have a Tony Stark, cause you'd still run into the twin hijinks) or even leaving him in a complete different time period

Honestly, I think Kang probably just kills the Tony baby lolit'd be quite the Baby switching shell game, for sure...

Between this post and the overall trollish behavior leading up to it, the staff have collectively decided to end this experiment. This was doomed from the startI enjoy seeing talented people vindicated. I cannot speak for every fan, but for most on here that hate it that's inaccurate. The main issue most of us have is the creative. It feels desperate, cause it is. It's also clearly about getting RDJ back into the MCU more than it is about making a great story about Doctor Doom. Cause anyone else could have been Doom. I don't care who Doctor Doom looks like. Ideally, Doom's face should never be an issue cause he shouldn't be showing his face. Hence the scars and the mask. But they're clearly making it a point of emphasis. Otherwise we wouldn't be doing this at all. To date, no one has pitched any idea that makes this anything but groan worthy for me.
Who is crine? Crime scene?I'm crine.
You just made me shat into my pants. No sorry that was my variant. What if Darth Fantastic is a variant of Marvel_United?
so, finding out someone has different DNA dismisses everything they've accomplished in their life?It invalidates the movies by saying that wasn't the real Iron Man.
RDJ is actually playing Doom in real life. He will buy his own island fortress, build up a military arsenal of hired mercs, AI powered drones, state of the art robotic soldiers, and declare himself ruler of BataviaI dont buy it amigo.
