Yeah, I think that's where they're going with it, but right now... he just seems like he barely has a personality. I assume that's intentional so that we do overlook him, but I hope they give us something from him soon.

His voice is SO perfect for Professor Zoom. It's strangely calming to listen to, but fairly unsettling at the same time. It's so hard to put a finger on it, but something definitely sounds off about the guy when you listen to him talk. Yet he's got charm like a snake in the grass.

I've long let go of the idea that "he looks like Barry, so he should have played him". He was born to play Thawne.

Yeah, his voice is subtly creepy like a hypnotist but I'm not sure if that's intentional or if it's just because it's the only way he knows how to do an American accent.

The latest episode was the first time I had any real opinion on the character. I liked that they didn't go the route of getting him jealous or whatever. I really likes that Iris and Barry are best friends and hopes they maintain that relationship. Also, having him tell us he was an easy bullying target as a kid was cool.

Yeah, I think that they've made a real effort in the last couple of episodes to flesh him out a bit by giving him some character moments. I actually like Eddie, credit to Rick Cosnett for that.

Haven't read all the theories yet, but could Wells have brought a Flash-powered suit or some other way to generate it, from the future.
And recruited Thawne to wear it and at the same time infiltrating Central City PD.

The scene where Joe saves Eddie from being ran over; i think they did that to further push the idea that Eddie can't possibly be the Reverse Flash….. when really he is…...

I forget the exact line, but anyone catch when Eddie was talking about how Barry and Iris had known each other for so long, he mentioned he was intimidated about finally meeting Barry (or something along those lines). I'm paraphrasing for sure, but that was the general gist of the line. I wonder if it was meant as a subtle double meaning....

This was the moment where I ruled out Eddie as Reverse Flash.

However, I only ruled out the present timeline Eddie. A future iteration may reveal himself to be the Reverse Flash.

Some storylines that could stem from this would involve preventing Thawne from following this fate.

That's funny, because tonight's episode convinced me that he won't be "The Man in the Yellow Suit", and I'm actually quite glad to have been given that impression because it means that the writers are free to do stuff with his character that is far more interesting than just turning him into a bad guy.
