My source confirms this to be correct. Apparently Mr. Singer will be "reading" (wink, wink) the parts alongside the prospective candidates.

I'm sure some prudes out there are going to have a problem with it, but Marvel wants to be certain whoever they cast is (and I quote) "Super Gay".

If he throws one of his wild parties again, the actors will wonder why it's such a long audition and how parties figure into it. He'll tell them it's all part of the vetting process.

I was wondering that, because Grace Randolph had said he was, or that she thought he was. I guess he had made social media posts implying it? Could just be a rumor, I don’t know.

I could see him as Ikaris and we're not certain Hercules will be in this yet. He did audition for Thor too

Oh I didn't realise Hopper met with Marvel. Cool, he was fine in Umbrella Academy and has the size for Hercules if needed.

It’s a bit odd there hasn’t been a casting announcement yet? I wonder when that’s likely. There hasn’t even been a “marvel has approached so and so about a role in eternals” type leak yet

Black Widow is filming next so I assume we’ll get some casting announcements for that next and then Eternals shortly after.

Though we could get some Eternals casting if they are one of the post credits for Endgame but who knows.
