It looks like they are hiring a more mature and diverse cast for the Eternals. I think that's just awesome and something new. There should always be heros in their 40s and not always young Hollywood actors.

I'm just happy that Jolie got a part i this movie. I never thought in my deepest dreams that she will be in another action flick. I just hope that she hasn't a small and forgettable role like Annette Benning in Captain Marvel. Jolie has to be the lead Sersei.

Marvel are known for auditioning people without telling them who they’re playing. Joel Kim booster would have been a wonderfully sassy superhero

Kumail Nanjiani is not a bad casting idea, despite coming from a comic background. Look at Paul Rudd.....a large majority of his movies before Ant Man were comedies. We all seem to like Rudd as Scott Lang

What about Gabriel Macht for Ikaris? He’s 47 but it could work depending on how mature they want him to be.

Also on Kumail, I don’t not like him because he’s a comedian. I actually like comedians as superheroes. I just found him kind of dry and stale a bit for a role like this but we will see

That's just in the comics. Mcu his race are dead, so doubt there is any relation at all.

I assume the Gaiman run and the one illustrated by Acuna. Not sure about the older ones though. Just ignore the Austen MAX title.
