I can already tell this is going to be in my top 3. BP, AIW and AEG is just forgettable.

I remember being with my son at what was then called The Bridge theater (they had an IMAX then) when the first Iron Man preview came out. I leaned over to him and whispered “I am so gonna go see that”. I had no idea that Marvel was going to blow up the way it did, but I took off half days on Fridays every time a new movie came out.

I don't think the credit scene will be related to Spider-Man, but it should set up more of the phase and possibly space things. Maybe it will have a link to "The Marvels" since that movie may need a boost.

As for the future delays I don't mind, I prefer 3 movies a year especially when Marvel now has meaningful shows. They could have done 4 movies a year during the Agents of Shield/Netflix show days since I didn't care to watch them after awhile, they didn't connect either.

I don't mind 3 movies a year if we aren't waiting for the mutants for so long, but they have so many ips headlining movies now. Sam Wilson, Deadpool, Blade, Fantastic Four, Gotg, Marvels, Wakanda, Eternals, Ant-Man, Shang-Chi, Thor, Doctor Strange - thats 12 ips eXcluding the Avengers, Spider-Man and the Mutants.

Getting a lot great reactions, even from people who typically don’t like the MCU, and say it feels so different from the previous films that it could be its own thing. One tweet even said it’s like a live action anime at times.

Also, apparently the LGBTQ+ representation in this film is legit and not just the typical checking off a box and paying lip service. The film is also mentioned as being “very horny”.
