The explanation of the coma patient in the hidden scene from the writers themselves!

BTW I managed to get my hands on a clip of Xavier's evil twin brother.

Let's make him uglier and fat (this was somebody's avatar btw):

its funny how u all are saying clones are dumb..... when the x-men go into space every day..lol
heck, i think every character has been cloned at least once. Sinister makes a new clone of any random person in each 23 minutes.

but for movies...*vomit sounds* no no no :(

what about Madalyne Pryor? Sinister created her...so it could work. But with Xavier...HELL NO. it wouldn't work...especially since it'll ruin the affectness of his death...

What? Are you kidding me? This is an awesome explanation! Thank God we got a thought-out, well-written end to the Professor's story arc and not some last-minute left-field idea.

:rolleyes::rolleyes:

I actually think Madelyne's story would be very nice...to see a totally different person just with the same body, and no powers. My only complain is that Famke probably wouldnt accept it, and even if she did, she will be too old to play Jean again if an X4 arrives...

plus, we gotta bring Scott back, and having the two of them back would simply be a spit on X3's face.

I vote for Cyke back, Logan out, Storm leading, Gambit in, Rogue back, Mystique out (:(), Magneto out, Professor out, Sinister in.

make it a spin off... -shrugs- kinda like the Ewok movies...where u have Wicket...lol.. but it kinda branches off from the star wars films...i dunno. maybe.

again a good idea. But you know Fox and how they absolutely love Jean and Cyke :(

ditto :(

Well when ur feeling down, don't hesitate to pet the Phoenix...

Scott shouldn't have gone down the way he did...

by the way, is it possible that Jedi can ice skate?
I don't see why not... of course in Star Wars it would probably be evolved into skating through the air on "repulsor-blades".

but would they have like actually ice skates like we do? ... just curious. you know, just curious as to what they do in their spare time...

Could Bobby be a Jedi? :p

No, he's much too powerful to lower himself to the level of mere "Jedi" :p:D

I'd imagine in their spare time, it's a toss-up between murdering homeless people and stealing medication from nursing homes.

that wasn't the answers i was ...hmmm

who knows...really. It would be kinda cool if u know each jedi weren't the same...i mean they could have the same kind of powers but they use it differently than others...

That DOES happen, actually. If you read a lot of the Expanded Universe material (my advice: read the novels. ALL OF THEM.), Luke Skywalker establishes a new Jedi Academy on Yavin 4 and begins training a new generation of Jedi Knights. All of them have their own specific talents:

-Gantoris and Kyp Durron are ridiculously strong in the Force (even more so than Luke), and as such they are prime targets for a dead Sith Lord to try and turn them to the Dark Side

-Cilghal and Tekli excel at being healers. In one memorable scene, Cilghal removes a poison from Mon Mothma's body one cell at a time.

-Corran Horn has little to no skill with telekinesis, rather, his strength is in warping people's thoughts and perceptions. He has to rely on stealth and tactics rather than a frontal assault.

They're little touches, but nothing as drastic as having different mutations for each person.

I am very familiar with the EU .... I own like 30 books. lol possibly more than that. meh...

Hell what if the Phoenix Force made it to that galaxy far far away?

Oh, then they'd be completely screwed. Luke would have to try and reason with it, and probably get himself put into a coma or something.

That would probably make for a pretty good story, actually. Have it take over Mara Jade

"Oh ****" would be the appropriate reaction, I believe, if Jaina Solo got hold of the Phoenix Force.

EDIT: No. ANYONE but Jade. Please. The last thing she needs is to be shoehorned into the forefront of yet another story.

and u know who would make an interesting Mara Jade? :o la la la...

Or how about a different character who falls for Anakin? not solo, skywalker.

:p

No, Famke's WAY too tall and graceful-looking. They need someone who looks like she was a soldier... like Dina Meyer, but not her. She's missing something...

Jaina Solo would make a really good candidate for the Phoenix Force. Especially after that depressing NJO book where she turned to the Dark Side for, what, about 4 chapters?

well in a way, Anakin IS very tall...he's like 6'0 and yeah...well. -shrugs-

okay...but what if she was a Sith...or something...-laughs-

or if ur referring to Mara Jade...I see ur point...but they've already chosen someone that could resemble Mara Jade so famke can't do her.

although, I can see her as a...sith lady....hmm I was thinking along the lines of Bria who later becomes Luminyra or whatever her name is and she was once Vader's apprentice...but then again...I'd rather see something different, not that'll happen. don't get me wrong, but in some ways, in a lot of ways... theres something dark and sinister about ms Janssen...

hmm unlike Mara who was the Emperor's hand...there could have been one during Anakin Skywalker's time as a jedi where she (not mara) could have been an agent for Palpatine... but at some point, she betrays him, leaving him Emperor handedless. :p

What can I say...I'm just an X-Fan/Star Wars geek.

Oh definitely, I'm not disputing that. Xenia Onatopp was badass :D

but at some point, she betrays him, leaving him Emperor handedless. :p

That would keep with Star Wars tradition of people losing their hands...

I'm so glad I'm not the only one :) I'm a classic Star Wars fan, IMO the original movies are infinitely better than the prequels, and all of my EU material comes from that time period or later.

What's your favorite book? Mine's a toss-up between Shadows of the Empire and X-Wing: Iron Fist.
