Yeah, I guess that this could be called "post-apocalyptic".... if you're Ezra Miller and you're high as kite.

idk, that seems more retro modern/retro futuristic, then post-apocalyptic

when I hear post-apocalyptic, I think something put to together of scrapes from old technology, tattered cloth,....

so I hope that is just a miss use of the word(s)

I was talking to someone on Reddit who saw the Flash concept art at Comic-Con and this is what he said about the costume:

It didn't look like the flash costume from the show. Way tighter and shinier and red. He also had the ring I think. It looked like the flash costume from the dc online pc game trailer where all the heroes and villains are duking it out. But not as bulky. I hope I described it right in a good way. It looked great though. Him aquaman and cyborg.

By his description, it definitely sounds like the Injustice Flash suit, but more streamlined.

I'm currently PhotoShopping up a pretty wild idea where the Flash has no suit. The red is his muscles empowered by the Speed Force and the yellow is streaks of yellow lightning. Yeah, it's weird. But it's awesome. Don't argue.

Pretty much. Kinda like Hulk. His clothes burn off every time he runs. But he's superfast so he can go grab an outfit before he stops.

I don't think the "Post Apocalyptic" thing is about his suit as it will at all appear in the solo or the JL film. I think it's about BVS (and it's plot) specifically.

He's not going to have long hair.

Remember when people were worried that Let's joker was going to have long hair and a beard?
That totally happened.

The art that was shown at SDCC showed Ezra as Barry Allen with short hair.
Why would he have long hair as the flash?

I take it that he'll probably have a long one in BvS, but a shorter one in JL and Flash solo. He did have a long hair during the filming of BvS and has got the haircut just recently.

in his recent pics he already has his hair pretty short (at least compared to his old look) so, how much shorter are people excepting it to be for Barry?

It showed him with medium lenght hair. People said long hair because it is longer than usual for Barry, but it's not really long hair.

Well... If you think about it, it kinda makes sense. If The Flash & not Barry Allen makes a cameo appearance in BvS, and already has a villain in Captain Boomerang, then that means that Barry has already had the accident, which means he has already discovered his powers, which means that he already knows how to travel in time, thus him being a literal time traveler. See what I'm getting at?

Basically, this Flash has been to the future and back on many occasions, which means that he has seen and lived in the Apocalpse hence the post-apocalyptic-esque armor/suit.
