Well made manip, stupid design.

Totally agree – I really don't like the Injustice armoured costume... to me it doesn't make sense. Flash needs a minimal costume that allows fluid movement, not constrictive armour.
I'm hating the rumours flying around about a tech-based costume in the movie too... Don't mess the Flash up!!! :csad:

I don't know... I think it's more unique and interesting design than another tight one-piece bodysuit, like Batman and Superman wear. It might look a bit boring in the live action, if they were to look so similar to each other. As for it not making any sense, I can see why it might seem so, as lightweight suit is more fitting for the runner... on the other hand, at the speed he moves in, it doesn't really matter whether he wears a runner's suit or not, and the armored costume could be easily made to make sense if written that way.

Something more solid could be written as simply allowing for protection from small objects hitting him at high speeds. Yeah, in the comics he has the friction/heat aura thing going on but that doesn't mean the film has to have the same rationale, or that even if he does have the aura in the DCEU, that added protection isn't a bad idea either.

Exactly. Simple and reasonable explanation for the armored suit.

Interesting design. I am not a fan of all those black parts though.

Ok, i know that in the movie it will be Barry but

I wouldn't mind this more ''Earth 2'' look, with some upgrades it haves a lot of potential.

I'm not sure if I'm a fan of that design in general.

I just hope they don't go TOO far away from the comic book design in an effort to differentiate it from the TV show costume, because the TV show costume SUCKS and they can easily do better. I feel like the Flash has one of the best costumes in comics and could easily be adapted faithfully for the big screen as long as they put some time and effort into it. Just make the red BRIGHT and actually create something that either looks conducive to running or protective for a guy who is constantly going into battle. None of that Berlanti pleather jacket bullsh**.

Work in progress, messing around with colors. Cant find a good image of Ezra to use
