And did anyone else get a slight X-Men feeling vibe off the trailer?

I can sorta see the X-men vibe with a bunch of meta-humans suddenly discovering their powers. So glad they aren't wasting any time getting started with his rogue's gallery.

And stoked about that glimpse at his mother's death, that was definitely a fight between Barry and Thawne.

One small nit-pick, I don't get is why Weather Wizard is named Clyde instead of Mark. I know in the comics his brother's name was Clyde. At least the last name is the same.

Yeah, I thought I heard Clyde too, I was like wtf - but I am excited. So excited for this man! And I actually like that Weather Wizard has actual superpowers here. Always said some of the Rogues should have their own powers.

One small nit-pick, I don't get is why Weather Wizard is named Clyde instead of Mark. I know in the comics his brother's name was Clyde. At least the last name is the same.

I believe Mark created his weather equipment by studying his brother's powers.

What looked "cheap"? If you were expecting movie quality SFX, then is not for you, most tv shows can't compete with movies visually.

Having gotten used to mainly watching HBO shows for the last couple of years every other production kinda looks cheap in comparison. It's a bit difficult for me to watch some network shows, specially SFX heavy ones, after getting used to amazing production in stuff like GOT or Boardwalk Empire.

Why is it dumb? You get to watch it a day earlier...

One reason not to pair it with Arrow is so the general audience doesn't get exhausted from watching the same genre back to back. Maybe they feel confident in Flash and want Arrow to bolster viewership for another show.

I liked the one with Pollux, that Bizarro blue Flash clone a lot as well, I consider The Flash TV show to be probably the greatest superhero TV show ever made, followed by Incredible Hulk, the Adam West Batman TV show and Adventures of Superman for me, personally.

I got more of a Raimi Spider-Man or even TASM2 vibe from the trailer.

if everything is moving in slow motion then he should be able to dodge the debris from that cyclone better right? and get out of the car before it crashes?
I like the overall tone and the characterization but they need to think about this stuff a little better.
