I just thought about it some more, and I really feel like Wells was defeated too easily. That fight sequence just felt really short for such a menacing character.

My thought at the time was "well well, the character that a lot of people thought would be the most useless, actually did most of the work." I wonder if that was intentional on the writer's part?
I liked that Oliver was the one who nailed it. That fight scene on the building was just too sick. On the budget this show has everything looks cool still.
Yeah, next episode seems like a happy go lucky type episode with Barry finally saving his mom, but I feel like Wells will be captured but still get the last laugh somehow.
Glad they are finally dealing with the villains they have locked up. Ferris Air reference. Loved that Snart called Barry the Scarlet Speedster. It sounded like the Foreigner song "Cold As Ice" was playing in the bar during that scene which made me laugh. Nice reference to a Ferris Air test pilot disappearing. Great performance from Wentworth Miller during the double-cross scene. Good set up for the Rogue's team later. Nice having Ollie and Firestorm show up and I loved seeing the Reverse Flash costume come out of the ring like in the comics. Firestorm looks great in action I just wish he did more than throw fire. Ollie lives to be 86. Looking forward to the finale next week.
yep I like the hint that Hal Jordan exists they said that the faris air there i that city is shut down due to a pilot being missing. that mean's that there's a chance to see Hal Jordana and with that John Stuart which mean no forcing john Diggle to be JS. which is awesome
the latter is his own character beside 's John Stuart's first wife would be the Alien Katma. & he doesn't have a home on earth at all since be coming Green lantern much less a kid with an earth wife it's too far off . be side I want john Diggle his own secret Id "Ordinance" since he's know for his guns it makes the most sense with JD.
I'm ok with the two john's meeting when Oliver finally meets the two the Emerald galactic law men.
And I like the way they have Barry learn from his mistakes here compared to Oliver . well hmmm from what the writers por traid here anyways it showed they are on the ball with consequence's. compared to Arrow........
Sadly withthe later of the to Arrow not so much for now any way. we'll see about next season though where that concerned though.
seriously disappointed at the writers of this episode. it was just a hot mess. For someone who is supposed to be a genius Barry sure is dumb. And I know they're pushing this spinoff and crossover stuff but Snart being asked to transport the baddest meta humans across the city? really? Who wrote this? It played out like some 6th grade fan fiction. Ugh.
This episode would be one million times better if Barry didn't ask Cold for help. Either have the power nullifier malfunction on its own or have Leonard never be part of the operation and hear of the prisoners transfer somehow and find them and free them.
I guess WW is going to conjure up a Tsunami and Mist will try to kill Barry's dad again.

If Barry was going to have trust a bad guy, why didn't he just to Eiling instead? He has the resources and the experience when it comes to metahumans, and he and Barry have a tentative alliance anyway.
Did you guys not understand the episode, Barry went against all his bettee judgement because snart was his last resort. They clearly have a mutual respect of sorts between one another. And then barry got burned, learned his lesson and it gave a good moment between him and Joe. Whats not to like or understand? Lol
I thought it was a great episode, I can't wait to see more of Miller and McIntyre (Cold and Weather Wizard) together on screen. Just in that one scene they had grear chemistry. Plus I just love McIntyre from Spartacus. .. I'd love to somehow see him and Manu Bennett back together in Flash or Arrow lol. (Throw in Captain Boomerang and Nyssa Al Gul too!) Oh crap and the girl who plays Waller is from Spartacus too, I never noticed that lol. Wow 5 Spartacus actors in the DC TV universe!
The only flaw so far has been Iris but I can't believe I'm saying this, she wasn't that bad in this episode. The breakup with Eddie needed to happen. Eddie deserves better anyway. Barry was yelling out of nowhere in the middle of the episode, I felt like that was the slide whistle moment.

There were no flaws or duds haha. When someone like you doesn't like something this is what you do. Call it a flaw or plot hole or poor writing. It's the same over and over from people like you.
The show is very adamant that Flash is no where near RF's league. It's not only the fact that it took 3 heroes to beat him, it's that Flash was the least effective of the 3 that is interesting.
I'm guessing they are going to spend next season building Barry up so he can eventually go toe to toe against his timeline's RF.

Barry was desperate. But he's not supposed to be a frigging brainless idiot. He has no reason to trust Cold who has killed people in the past. And even if Barry is a ******, Joe and Cisco clearly are against it but go along with it because... plot reasons.
Furthermore why couldn't Cisco simply just build more weapons for the team? It took him like 5 minutes in Rogue time. And why didn't they even bother bringing the Weather Wand?
This is the dumbest episode so far, even dumber than "Get the guns to cancel out even though you can disarm them".
