The games have a storyline, yes it involves carrying out cool assassinatios, however all of them have a unique story that adds to the character of Agent 47.
For example, in the first game it showed him being created, being trained, and killing guards at the asylum in order to escape. They could expand upon him being a genetic clone.
A real actor who is wrong for the role. I don't care how good of an actor Olyphant is, he's still wrong for the role and I can name quite a few actors who would do the role justice. Personally I think it's more along the lines of people being happy that a Hitman film is being made and they'll accept anything.
My recommendation is read the novel "Hitman: Enemy Within" it is a great novel and is a perfect way to make a film. Not this piece of trash that Fox has ruined.
There is little point in debating this with you as you made your mind up months ago, get this straight though, like i told you in the wrestling thread, i don't "accept" things, i merely view it and give my opinion, i don't think the games were these all conquering masterpieces that you do and i think the stories were just run of the mill cold killer stuff, seen and written in endless spy novels.
i view this as a film, i don't give a **** about the source material, Olyphant looks a little clean cut but overall i expect him to deliver.
