The "I hated Spider-Man 3" Thread!

ONE OF THE BEST POST I HAVE SEEN IN THIS FORUM

I totally agree with you

I enjoyed X3 SR HULK and SM3... they all have problems, but all I wanted when I wnet to see them is to have fun for 2+ hours, the only way I will ever get a comic book movie that I toatlly like, will be if I make one

and yeah BB was fun, but I dobn´t see why people keep saying that is the more realistic comic book movie... that a guy with no powers is more real than an alien or people geting powers from science accidents..maybe...

but in Comic book universe, I think that a flying invulnerable alien and a nerd wall crawler is more belieable than a guy that runs in rooftops dress up as a bat and that also rides a huge tank that the police can see:whatever: and bad guys doesn´t try to shoot him in the face

Actually I was a HUGE batman fan (I liked him almost as much as Superman)... but after BB...I don´t know batman has lost some of his charm to me

A movie makes a character you like lose charm.......okay:dry:

No could care less. I'll do as I please even though this site's biased towards spidey. The great thing is that finally people are seeing how overrated raimi is. there are still a few who think he's god but they'll come around to my side in time once they digest the ridiculousness of this movie.

No where in my post did I say stop your idiotic hate spewing rambling messages, its a free county.

I just think its pathetic, just call it like I see it.:woot:

Yeah, I know... is just that after trying to fit Batman in the real world... well... he won´t last more than a week as a vigilante... he would end up either in jail or death

I might be the only one who didn't think Batman Begins was realistic, it had all the fun of a comic imo. Oh well, to each his own.

I don't even know why I'm in this thread, Spidey 3 was alright.

Fairly disappointed but didn't hate it. Just like EVERYONE has said, it's all too rushed and convenient.

Hey, I liked BB

and I liked SM3... is just that there are some aspects of it I really dind´t like or enjoy

I´m not saying i hated SM3 (and yeah, I know I´m posting in the I HATE thread)

I agree, i just got back from watching Spider-Man 3 and i have to say...i am rather Dissapointed..not neccecarly hate it, it felt like it was too rushed and Venom was just to fill empty space and the same with Bruce Campbell...good..but not great.

you sure most of you guys don't really secretly like this movie? If I hated a film the way you all write about this I wouldn't be wasting so much time in a forum devoted to it.:woot:

Reminds me of the little boy in 3rd grade who pulls the girls pigtails and calls her names.:woot:

Spider-Man = Woman beater

Nuff said.

i know i'm so ashamed that the first thing i did was come onto the board and complain lol and ya was dissapointed but would still see it again if asked too

I was so disappointed. Hate is a strong word. I read peoples thoughts and when I saw it, I was wondering what people were complaining about. Something was different but I couldn't tell. Once that dance scene happened I understood. This movie is so stupid. My brother and I walked out speechless.

I went to a midnight showing on Thursday, and the general consensus of the crowd was that the movie totally sucked.

Personally, I liked it alot. It's flawed, but honestly, I think alot of those same flaws are in the first two Spider-Man movies, but for some reason they didn't bother people then.

All three of the Spider-Man movies are pretty cheesy.

I think this film will make people reevaluate the 1st two films "especially 2" and they will realize they don't love them nearly as much as they thought. Part 2 was a pretty shallow movie with qausi-intelligence and depth. I feel like a chapter in comic film has just closed where many are realizing that we really have'nt gotten the real spider-man movie we've wanted but instead have merely settled for flawed hollywood product poseing as Spider-man. It's clear that a better and more earnest take on the character will and must be pursued. These last 6 years were the equivalent of the Tim Burton period for Batman. so would the REAL Spider-man please stand up!

The death of Venom was like the death of Talbot in the Hulk.

If you get what I mean.

You're right about the other comic book films and just enjoying them. But I disagree with you about in the comic book universe that a guy dressed in a batsuit isn't believable. On the contrary, in a comic book universe a man who dressed as to look like a bat is just believable as an alien and a nerd having superpowers because precisely it's a fantasy world. And Bats is not doing his thing just because he wants to but because he has to because of his horribe experience.

However in reality, in our world, it's a different story altogether. In real life, I don't know of anyone with no powers at all and dressed in a costume fighting crime! :wow: The closest thing I can think of individuals who have no superpowers who are fighting crime but are not law enforcers are vigilantes and secret gov't agents. :woot: Unless ofcourse there are real people out there with extraordinary powers who use them secretly that we don't know of like in the show 'Heroes'. :cwink:

And back to the point, haven't seen SM3 but I've read the reviews and some spoilers but I don't think it's a movie that should be hated. :whatever:
I think the good ones in SM3 that I read about outweighs the bad ones.

But if you really feel strongly against SM3, then know this... NOTHING COULD BE WORST THAN BATMAN & ROBIN!!!!! :woot:

I enjoyed the film but I was a bit disappointed at how different it was to the first two but I'm sure I will be swayed if I see it a second time.

It's a very poor movie. Went to see it twice yesterday and was so disappointed. I love the first two films.

I can't believe any of you guys haven't talked about the horrible music that was played when Peter was black spidey. Did anyone noticed that?
As did I, it didn't fit at all and sounded like something out of a typical cheesy hero movie...which is basically what spiderman 3 ended up being -.- The movie was eh, and personally I thought Venom was amazing, but my expectations were high and that's what made me have such a distate for the movie. Funnily enough I'm watching it again tomorrow x.x But I liked Bruce Campbell's part was pretty amusing, and I do think James makes a great Harry.

I never thought the day would come when I would not like a Spiderman film..........but here we are, jeez this film is all kinds of lame, where do I even begin with this mess. WTFreak seriously how did this happen?

The only part of this movie that I really enjoyed and love because I'm a wicked person is... The Scene in the Restaurant where Harry tells Peter that he's been banging Mary Jane like the two dollar **** she is and that Grin he gives Peter threw the window as Pete is leaving is soooo f'n devious I LOVE IT! *gitty*

Damn some of yall need to lighten up enjoy it for what it is, thats is, a great movie, damn! The only thing i really hated though was the crowd watching the final battle i mean is it me or if theres a huge friggin man made of sand everyone is going to ran the **** away but they all just stood there watching. The last ballt would have been better if the crowd wasnt there
