I think a Hulk suit will be more costly and complicated. But, as I've staed before, other actors would be able to visualize the Hulk instead of looking at a ball attached to a stick.

p.s. She looks ok(and she looks really nice in that vid), but its hard to tell these days, with all the makeup/lighting it's easy to masquerade an average looking woman as looking much better. You'll need some photos that aren't touched up of her in real life before you can really decide.

awesome, loved Hellboy, Del Toro is a great director IMO
