The show is worth it just for Tom Hardy chewing scenery. Roaring twenties Jewish gangster Tom Hardy who punctuates every sentence with a swear word.

I love how like every episode he goes into some convoluted monologue. He should be in a Tarantino movie.

Also love how he just gets progressively more over-the-top as it goes along. Now he's got a scarred face, a blind eye, and a cane. Next season I'm hoping he'll have two canes.

The acting talent pool is even more apparent in Canada. There seems to be the same actors in every tv show or movie shot in Canada. I'm convinced Canada only has 100 working actors
