I have good memories with it, and a number of angry ones.

What I know for certain is; this new game will certainly have a better voice actor, with better delivery of quips.
And the writing will probably be bad, that's a guarantee.

I care about the costume a lot more in live action. If this gameplay is really good I won't care about the boots or even the white spider.

Me too. With all the crap the Spiderman license has gone through, it'd be wise for fans to focus on positives when talking online so that higher ups at Marvel dont unnecessarily panic and start obsessively interfering with the product

I played the new Ratchet and Clank PS4 game, and I thought it was fine. It wasn't groundbreaking but I had a good time. Are their older games better?

I feel that the ps2 Ratchet games are the best. The first ever Ratchet was bogged a little down by less intuitive controls but the story and writing are much better in that one. R&C 2 and 3 are two of the best games on ps2 definitely.

The way the movie/game tie-in lacked handled characters just simply lacked the charm they originally had around ps2 days. Ps3 Ratchets were better than the ps4 game but worse than ps2

Imo PS3 Ratchets had the best stories, especially Crack in time. That one had great puzzles too.

I don't think its really unreasonable to think that though. Insomniac has never made a really bad game, at least in my opinion. If anything, this game will be decent at worst.

I'm quite okay with that, to be honest. The longer the wait, the more promise of the best Spider-Man game to date.

As much as I usually hate superficial change to the classic Spidey suit, I kind of dig the boots. Gives the whole caboodle a sleeker, quicker feel.

I see no point in feeling upset about it, personally speaking.
We will eventually get the game, express our feelings, and before we know it we will experience 2 or more sequels and entries to the series.

I don't think its really unreasonable to think that though. Insomniac has never made a really bad game, at least in my opinion. If anything, this game will be decent at worst.

Disappointing doesn't necessarily mean less than good, I think I owe you guys saying that.

I'm expecting something good and entertaining, but I won't expect the lack of a few dull missions or moments.

This made me think of Assassin's Creed II, one of my favorite games, but carrying a crate from Leonardo for Ezio's mom is boring.

Ratchet & Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal is in my top 5 greatest games I've ever played. I cannot express to all of you how much fun that game was. Sly 2: Band of Thieves is also in my top 5, so if we had Sucker Punch as the studio like the rumors were saying we would of been good either way. Spider-Man PS4 will no doubt be a great, great game.

Looking at Insominac's fast traversing platformers, I still think they are a better choice than Sucker Punch, by more than a margin.

It's been so long since we had a great Spider-Man game, hopefully SMPS4 changes that.

I somewhat enjoyed Web of Shadows when it came out, but the last great game IMO was Ultimate Spider-Man. That was... 2005?
