I'm probably late, but now I'm concerned about Harry's motivation for killing Pete. The easiest solution would be to out him and humiliate him.

His motivation is that he's bat**** ****ing loco.

I really don't see why they had to change this. The fight and storyline between Harry and Peter seems really good according to the previews, but I just think it would have been that much better if Harry was actually the Green Goblin, had an actual glider and Goblin mask. Instead they make him an entirely new villain. And it's not like I'm a fanboy that goes rambling around every problem, I loved the organic web

Night Surfer, New Goblin, Green Goblin 2, Angry Friend with Guns... NONE OF THIS MATTERS NOW! That aerial battle from the preview completely sold me the character, lock, stock and barrel!

The highlight of that clip was seeing and hearing Harry's head smack off that pole, which abruptly ended the "tom and jerry" music. Hilarious.

I think they changed it because they wanted to make it personal. For the most part Harry is fighting without his mask, and Pete doesn't even have his costume on.

The fight is Peter vs. Harry, not Spider-man vs. Green Goblin 2.

I noticed that when Peter shoots webbing onto Harry's mask,and then throws Harry off his glider,that Harry rips off his mask with his hands and tosses it away.

I guess with the webbing on his mask,he couldn't see,and couldn't even retract it down,so he took it off with his hands and tossed it away.

Do you think Harry has a spare mask for the battle royale?

I defenitley think so, though harry might not need to but yeah he should have spares just in case.

just saw the preview, poor harry. I don't think he's really gone but i haven't been following the spoilers so i really don't know. He was one of my favourites even ahead of peter and MJ

I really liked it when Harry shouted "I'm still here Peter!", and what's the deal with his sword?
It looks like he charges it up with some kind of green colored energy on his back, but you can still see there is an actual blade underneath there a second or two later, making it different from a complete light saber. But I'm wondering if the charge wears off or something?

The elbow to the face plus the judo footwork to throw Harry off the board was my favorite part of that scene, just had to get that out there.

I loved it when harry was holding peter against the side of the building and the one you guys were talking about where peter throws harry off the glider by his leg and throws harry, then peter launches himself. pure classic!.

Harry looked pretty damn badass in that clip. Thought he kinda overdid "You knew this was coming Pete!!" (I like it the old way better), but other than that no complaints.

It's a green lightsaber/katana sword, part light-saber, part katana...if that makes any sense.

Like a electrified sword or something. Works for me! (I was a little scared he'd actually have a pure energy sword at first when people were mentioning a lightsaber).
