The Dark Knight The Joker, alias ¨Red Hood

I would have no objection to this.
If i were a big bad wolf I would eat that. Hell I'll eat that even though I'm not a wolf.

Maybe red hood could be a codename for the movie, the way "into the woods" was for spider-man 2 or "blue harvest" for starwars 6

He really should be called Red Helmet. Not Red Hood.

red hood=clown mask

accident involving batman resulting in deformity (bleached skin) = accident involving batman resulting in deformity (scarred smile)

i thought it was obvious:ninja:

i'd be all for the red hood. and to not make all that fantastical, just have it be a red ski mask that he wears, it'd work just fine.
Yup. I actually wouldn't mind a punky street gang that dresses in red hoods.

Actually the Red Hood story line was way prior to The Killing Joke. "The Man behind the Red Hood" Detective Comics # 168 was published in 1951.

i think it is indeed being used but ofcourse instead of the red hood we have a clown mask. yet im soo unhappy theres no chemical vat dive, its more of a tragedy than having your mouth gashed.

I was thinking the same thing

although in the killing joke the Joker did alude to his origin is based on his interpretation based on his mood. The mouth gash would be a nice homage to the movie which is (debatebly) the inspiration for the joker. And the red hood doesn't have to be a helmet. It could be an actual cloth hood resembling something from a mid east country. It is all interpretive when it comes to the Joker.

I just feel no matter what the details I think the deformity must happen in a crossed path with Batman. No matter the origin or interpretation one constant is the Joker always blaims Batman for his features.

like in the man who laughs, he would then blame the whole city, afterwards, for his tragedy, so it gives him a reason for
the massive attack to the city
that we´ve had being told

i would like to hear the name Red hood get mentioend at least on screen

Do you know where the red hood originated ? I always thought it was in the killing joke, but I'm probably wrong.

gwynpline it was in Detective Comics #168 (February 1951), I think :)

Thank you for the info, I will look for it, even though it's probably not very easy to find.

I actually pulled my "Greatest Joker Stories Ever Told" and it is in there.

Thanks again, now I have an easier way to find it.
