Yep. Just consider this like Austin Powers. The first movie did pretty well on box office, and it gained *alot* from dvd sales, so yeah lets just look at it like Kick-Ass right now.

I still need to get some tan work boots and make the baton holster. I made it for just $38. Not meant to be super screen accurate. I just really wanted one.

Yup. It was a very modest hit that made a decent chunk of cash. But once it hit VHS the sales went through the roof and that's what led to a sequel.

Nah. Matthew Vaughn is right now working on the X-Men movie, and John Romita Jr isn't doing any art for the sequel movie. So Kick-Ass: Balls to the Wall shouldn't take aslong as the 1st book did.

good work there, and you have all the yellow lines on the mask, unlike the official costume which left one out. Just be careful with these home made costumes, they tend to ride up in the crotch.

Has there been any word from Vaughn on a possible sequel yet? This has been the best movie of the year so far for me, and I can only really see Inception or Tron Legacy challenging it for that honour.
