It had a longer run then i thought it would. I did'nt love the show but i did like it quite a bit.Hank Hill is the freakin man! he took no S*** from know one and he took damn good care of his lawn.
It also seems ABC may pick it up, which would rock.
Yeah, I'm sure they're in the market for a mediocre, unfunny, run of the mill animated sitcom.![]()
Hank Hill is awesome and so is King of the Hill, one of the best cartoon shows on TV. It also seems ABC may pick it up, which would rock.

I think its due time for this thread. For my money, King of the Hill is the worst show on television. Always has been. Should have ended years ago.
I dont find it funny at all. The characters only suceed at annoying the ever-loving crap out of me. Nothing could make me happier than seeing Hank, Bobby and the wife get hit by a freakin' train. The animation is decent, but, for me, when it comes to an animated series, the story is where it counts.
Honestly, theres a good chance that I might be alone on this one and that this thread might go nowhere, but I just need to get it off my chest and I need to know if there are any others out there who feel the same way.
Holy ****. Who would they possibly force out of a neighborhood? And I know Peggy hated Cotton, but pulling the plug? We've had episodes revolve around forcing "certain groups" to move out of neighbourhoods, sympathetic characters physically attacking other people with no consequences, Peggy practically pulling the plug on Cotton, who doesn't even get to say goodbye to his grandson and infant son, etc.
No that would be Fox...with Family Guy & American Dad.
And King of the Hill was never funny to begin with.
South Park is, as far as I'm concerned, the best primetime animated sitcom still airing today.

I have a hard time imagining Peggy berating Cotton while he's on his deathbed. Granted, Cotton had like 0 redeeming qualities (Archie Bunker was more lovable, and he once had an episode where he defended his right to call black men the N-word), but Peggy doesn't strike me as someone who could be that angry at someone.

And now I'm glad I stopped watching years ago.Hey, I didn't write the episode, but that's what happened. I think it was among the first 2-3 episodes of the previous season.
