The Last Great Movie You've Seen

Looper
I've done a complete turnaround on this movie on my second viewing. Initially thought it was disappointing, now pretty sure it might be a masterpiece. Shame on me.

Seven Psychopaths

Not entirely what I was expecting...actually really only small splashes of what I thought it was going to be. Great none the less! Christopher Walken seems to get more Christopher Walken as he gets older.

The Impossible

Such great performances by Watts, McCregor, and the kids. I wasn't sure how true to the true story the movie was until I read that every single thing happened while they changed only 2 minor things for the film. Outstanding film.

I love the scene where Christopher walked and woody harrelson try to out crazy each other in the hospital waiting room, my favorite scene in the movie lol.

Ha! Yeah, that was a good one. There was a ton of great dialogue throughout the whole film, it was hilarious.

Cosmopolis. Seriously can't get enough of that movie. Probably my favorite of 2012, which is strange considering how much I disliked it after seeing it in theaters the first time.

Still "Life of Pi." Best film of the year, if you ask me.

Was this even released in the U.S?

Saw this yesterday . Great film.

I've seen two:
-The Impossible. I cried like a baby, too.
-Life of Pi. I thought it was a beautiful movie, both visually and in terms of story.

These are easily my top two movies of 2012 right now.

^ I recommend "Murder by Death" It's like Clue, only better:o:woot::cwink:
Just kidding, to each its own.

Mentioned this in "The Last Film You've Seen" thread, but V for Vendetta is spectacular. Loved it. Truely one of the best films I've seen in a while, (which was mostly Hollywood crap).
