But I think my hopes for this movie have been so incredibly low that this actually looks like it'll be fun to watch in theaters. Just grab my friends and laugh our asses off at the horribleness like we did when we went to see Punisher: War Zone and Transporter 2.

The fight scenes look decent at least and Chun Li acknowledges Vega's ugliness so I guess it was intentional...which really goes to show just how MUCH they'ved ****ed up this character.

Bison is my biggest disappointment though because Neal McDonough actually ACTS like a good Bison from what I've seen. He's got the body posture and the stances and he keeps grinning and grinning but then...He looks like a friggin' drug pusher! I just kept thinking how awesome that fight would have looked if he had the red suit and black hair.

My expectations are so low that I probably will find a way to enjoy this though and just hope that the straight to DVD sequel will be a more faithful interpretation.

HA! This thing will be lucky to be in the top 5 opening weekend. The marketing has just been crap and the movie looks terrible already. The actors should just be happy that they got the money upfront.

Hopefully Terminator is right and this Bison dies and he comes back in a new body or something. The other characters probably won't get that luxury.

I try to look at this like that first Street Fighter game. Maybe the next one, Street Fighter II, will be more like...well...Street Fighter II.

The bathroom clip mentions the "white rose" and according to IMDB, she's played by Elizaveta Kiryukhina. I think there's probably a good chance that the ending remains the same.

Never thought I'd ever be typing these words, but all of a sudden - Jay Tavare's Vega in the 94 SF movie doesnt seem so bad.

I don't get how anybody can look at those clips and say that the people on this board are overreacting???

The clips have proven that the dialogue is atrocious, the acting is bad and the fights are over wireworked and cheap looking as a matter of fact the whole damn film looks cheap.

Lam devised impressive moves and fights that challenged her each day. “It was a lot of wire work, dives, front kicks, side kicks and fan kicks outward and inward,” says Kreuk. “Because it was impossible for me to look like the videogame incarnation of Chun-Li, I wanted to build Chun-Li’s strength from the inside. I mean, if she’s going up against the likes of Bison and Balrog, she’s not going to out-muscle them. She has to have internal strength and fortitude.”

I'm not going to step foot in here until I've seen the movie. Anyone who's coming in here to do nothing but trash the film (instead of actually discussing it) needs something better to do with their time. I know that's a lot to ask for.
