No, they're Mego's, I have the newer costume, 8" Spidey, and the 12" Spidey, with fly away action, the 8" one is in sitting a small little glass, framed box, the 12" figure is still in the original box.

Ebay always is the right place to go if you want to find rare things. I bought 2 Spidey Comics from ebay befor. The rest I by from the Comic Book store. I also bought 4 Spidey Comics from myComicshop.com.
